and then something we can do nothing about (except MAKE IT SMALLER)

On a completely different note, why do we not wear the golden world champions badge on our new shirts? Usually one is allowed to wear it up until a new world champion is found.

Yeah that is a bit odd.  We wore it last season, but not this one? Usually it's the other way around.

Someone in Nike or Chelsea screwed that up.

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this shirt?

I know it's from the 2000/01 year but was it actually our third kit? I've never seen it before.

 

I was born in 1998 and I'm building a collection of having at least one shirt from each year since I was born (only a couple of shirts off now), through research I've stumbled across this lovely "third kit" but I can't find any more information on it. By using sites like this I've managed to create a spreadsheet with an image of each shirt, all these type of archives site never show this shirt.

I'm sure i remember Chelsea using that as a training shirt, can say right now it was never used in a match.

I am actually looking forward to the release of this kit. Always been a fan of gold kits and like what I have seen from leaked images and want to buy one once it is announced officially.

The home and 3rd are about 80% correct the reckon (obviously not 3 as sponsor) but the away could be pretty different. Footyheadlines are usually bang on

I bought the shirt this season and yes I absolutely love it.
