Marketable doesn't mean advertising products on social websites, it means shirt sale and participating in adverts/posters which Torres are on plenty atm. That is what marketable means, it doesn't mean he constantly post about new Nike/Adidas products to advertise it(although sometime he will)

Torres (1/5): "Today, I am a different player but I am not going to lie to you: the player that I was, the one who started all matches" #CFC

Torres (2/5): "...with a guaranteed place, I really miss sometimes. At one point, I even sat myself down to watch videos of my goals" #CFC

Torres (3/5): "I wanted to understand what I was doing before when I was scoring. I concluded that the only thing that had changed was" #CFC

Torres (4/5): "...the colour of the shirt. Everything is a question of adaptation to the playing style of a team." #CFC

Torres (5/5): " ...There are the styles which suit me well and others less - that is all." #CFC (Mirror)

Torres: I'm going to continue to work to make Mourinho change his opinion. Clearly his aim is to sign another attacker for next season #CFC

Torres: "All that is left for us to do is to prove that we can be the striker Mourinho is looking for" #CFC (Mirror)

If only (IF ONLY) his performances on the field matches his off the field marketable performance. :rant:

Seriously, what do people see in Torres that makes him so marketable?!

According to some girls in Asia his face looks 'cute' or something like that.

So Jose has balls to sell Mata or Luiz because they dont fit here, yet he insists on Torres.

He was on kit release, I bet Torres will be Chelsea player next year.

Jose should have 'balls' and just sell or loan him elsewhere ffs!

:lol::clown:

and how just jose show balls exactly? should he insist on some team to buy a useless striker for a huge wage of 10mil a year?

do u even know the financial impact of a torres sale. if a team buys him even for 10 bloody million (who the F do u think would do that), we still lose 8mil on that sale thru FFP. add to that the fact that no team in the world would want to pay his massive 10mil a year salary, we ourselves would have to compensate some of it, which just add to the losses already. so what exactly should JOSE do here!!! really want to know!!!!

Hopefully he would make it to Brazil, and then maybe could score a couple goals there. After that we can 'hope' some club will make a move for him. If not buying, maybe someone might interested to take him on loan. Wonder about Inter Milan, I remember there is a rumour which said they are interested in Torres back then.

We could pay someone to aggressively tackle him :ph34r:

(that is if he actually plays)
