At least Liverpool was smart and acted fast and swift in getting rid of Carroll. Even tho I didn't agree with it at the time I thought, fair enough he's a big investment so maybe one more chance with the creative players we signed, even tho by then I gave up on him I could see why the board would want to do what they could to make the investment work.The big mistake was not realising a couple of months in it wasn't working and give Sturridge the gig instead.
