TBF i think a lot of people know that, but i don't see how this gets in the way of signing a young midfielder for double pivot, their is loads going on in the french league. Obviously things will have to be taken under consideration, as it's a new country and all sorts, but that doesn't hinder the fact the board are making stupid mistakes, lumbering themselves with Benitez just proves it. It's evident we need a midfielder, and no one is even bothering.

to be honest, i understand the board's decision here. we made a stupid mistake with loaning essien and selling meireles and then not keeping a single up and coming youngsters in the squad as a back up. even if we dont buy a midfielder right now, we ll end up having MIKEL, RAMBO, KDB, ROMEU, JOSH, ESSIEN for the next season without LAMPS. buying a midfielder seems a neccesity for the moment but in the longer we are set if we look at our options. it was just some really poor decision by the board at the start of this season which is costing us right now.

McEachran is nowhere near ready now, he should stay at Boro for another season, Mikel is crap, Ramires is a good but not great, KDB we aren't too sure yet, we can't just assume he will convert to a great CM and Essien is finished.

Look I'm all for admiring potential we may have in the squad but there's simply too much talk about KDB at the moment like he'll instantly fix the problems we've got. Not that I'm against giving the kid a chance, but he's having a good season right now, interrupting that will do no-one good.

the way our board is working (promoting youth), u would expect KDB to play a big part next season. Mikel , crap or not, is a CHELSEA player and a champions league winning one.plus i dont think our board is looking to remove him from the squad any time soon. rambo is like u said and oriol is there for rotation. i agree with u on josh and bison. but that is still 4 players for the pivot plus luiz to fill in.

in an ideal world we would have a mid of lamp,pirlo, xavi,iniesta to choose from.

We might have a decent atmosphere at the club if another manager comes in but he may not have the right ability to manage us. Still gonna be a problem then though maybe one lesser. No big name managers available out there at the moment.

That goes for all our hot promissing youngsters. We dont have anyone ready yet. Piazon, Lukaku, KDB, Josh, Chalobah, Bruma, etc. No one is ready and no one will solve our problems.

Recalling any of them will only retard their development...

I would retain Lukaku and KDB for next season (so they get 10-15 games), but not now!

We need big time players that will have big impact and leardership NOW, we need it pratically in the three areas of the field (pivot being the most needed). On the other hand, we must not fuck with Josh or KDB just because we are in despair.

I desperatly want a CM, but do not want to spend 30mi for a 10-15mi players. I seriously dont see much options for a January transfer. Anyone in mind?

We dont need one.

The atmosphere wont be decent, it will be fantastic compared to what we have right now. I'm telling you, anyone who comes in will have players and fans united and that is a mighty force. Now everything is so sad, its incredible to see a club, who had the most amazing season of all just half a year ago, losing its identity and supporters.

They (the board and Roman) knew what will happen if they appoint him, and despite everything they did. But it would be better for them to have us on their side as they dont know just when they might need us.

Speaking about ability, hes shown only the ability to lead the club to abyss. What we need is something he will never ever be able to achieve at this club - togetherness, unity, passion, determination and a blue heart. This club has dug its way out of all sorts of problems that way, and that way only.
