lucashm 340
We cant even think of going into next season with Moses as a starter, he's been poor for months now. Both WB's need replacing IMO, even though i rate Alonso, we should be all over Mendy and Semedo Blue-in-me-Veins and Fernando
Fernando 6,585
I forgive him because he has been immense this season. That being said an upgrade is needed and he can be a good cover for depth. King11Didier and pHaRaOn
Jase 43,479
All that praise, all that good work done this season and he went and ruined it with a stupid dive.
Popular Post! Pizy 18,907 Posted May 27, 2017 Popular Post! Share Posted May 27, 2017 Played out of his skin at times this season and he deserved the praise he got. But there are times when you can tell he's not wired as a defender. The positions he takes up, the speed (or lack thereof) with which he reads situations, and his decisions in the final third are all poor. Hes a very good option to have in a big squad that'll be in so many competitions next season but he isn't good enough to start every game. We need an upgrade. Georgy 439
Damn that was awful, I can't even blame him we and Conte all knew he is not starting material my only concern is Conte might avoid searching and go next season with him again.

WNDS 502
Complacency appears to have been his biggest issue over the last few months. When he first came into the starting 11 at RWB and was fighting to retain his place, he was so direct and menacing when attacking; now he's often very languid. I don't know if he needs replacing outright when it comes to our starting line-up, but we certainly need to find someone who is able to provide him with some serious competition. At the moment he risks heading the way Ivanovic eventually did under Mourinho once he realised that he was undroppable. Amblève.
Sideshow Luiz 2,310
Absolute numpty today.  To pick up a second yellow for diving?  Arsenal outplayed us, but Moses' error ensured that we wouldn't get anything out of that.

TheWiz 109
Once a Diver, always a Diver. Players who don't have the Self-Discipline to go out of themselves solving a Problem ... but rather opt to cheat ... Have no Place in a Team that is still in progression. We should sort him out. If we were on the fence about getting new wingbacks this summer, I think the board looks at this game and reconsiders that. I'd like to think that few can have been on the fence about RWB, although I can see more reason for fence sitting in regard to our LWB. The last few months have seen LWB slip from upgrade priority number four, to priority number five in my own summer wish list. Antonio's pre Cup Final comment that he and the club were in agreement about squad building, in conjunction with his post-game statement that we need to improve both qualitatively and quantitively, suggest that the situation is well understood by those who matter. The issue isn't whether the problems are known, it's whether we can fix them. Fernando and Blue-in-me-Veins

Yeah agree ,tbf i'd like to see him more in his natural role , good squad player but we will need a more specialised person going forward and improving the team like afew other positions also. It's too big 625
Which RWB's are out there for us both defensively and offensively?

KevinAshburner 1,270
If I was in Moses situation and position. I would ask Chelsea to have an all day event at CFC London megastore shop. Free picture autographs and selfies with everyone to turn up and perform some stuff and apologize for my actions and do some some talking and give a little a bit of myself and share some stories about my life. No, I wouldn't. He was doing what all players do in that sort of situation - trying to win his team a penalty to get back into the game. He's just the unlucky moron who a referee decided to make an example of. I don't think the referee wanted to send him off, but realised as soon as he'd given the free-kick for simulation that he was going to have to. Fernando
Henrique 9,133
On 2017-5-28 at 5:31 AM, It's too big said: Which RWB's are out there for us both defensively and offensively? Moses is not a RWB. Before that Arsenal game in the beginning of the season, Moses was just a "winger". There are few teams around playing in 3-6-1 or 3-4-3 system, so wing backs don't even exist. Usually wingers or fullbacks are the ones more suited to play the "wing back" position, and if a ultra limited player like Moses can be decent in that position, no doubt that means there are a lot player around that can play as wing backs. Popular Post! Henrique 9,133 Posted May 29, 2017 Popular Post! Share Posted May 29, 2017 This forum is really weird in terms of praising and criticizing some players. Moses was good for most part of the season, actually he was even essential, since he was the best player in the squad that could play the "wing back" role. Ok, but he has always been pretty limited, he offers almost nothing in terms of going forward, but he is usually pretty solid in defense, and he hardly make stupid defensive mistakes, but despite he being limited, there were a lot of crazy comments saying he as "world class"  when the team started to win games after games. Now after a silly mistake in a FA Cup Final everybody are saying we need someone to replace him. Really? So if the result was different with Moses scoring the winner people would believe Moses was really good enough to start games next season? Moses is by a country mile the most limited player of the current starting XI and easily one of the most limited of the entire squad (if no the THE most limited).  What he did this season was enough to give him a deserved +2 years contract and he will be a useful player next season, but as a squad player and this has nothing to do with his red card in the FA Cup Final. He was once a CF for Wigan. His inability infront of goal on a number of occasions this season has been very surprising.
