But on the few occasions both have been played there, they haven't exactly ripped shit up.It will be interesting to see how he does at Liverpool - i'm sure he will score some goals, but definitely not anywhere near enough from a "great" "world class" player. What Lukaku is doing is great for his age, but Sturridge at this time last season was actually starting week in week out, at a better team, with more goals, while Lukaku was in the reserves. Great players don't show up for only 6 months - well unless you're David Silva lol.He only played 12? games at Bolton and at Chelsea he faded from January to May, only scoring i believe 1 goal during that period. One thing i've been thinking though is where he will play at Liverpool. They bought Borini last summer who is more of a typical striker than Sturridge imo, and played him on the left wing.
