LDN Blue 7,903
Lol boring.. Even if there's any remote desire to go PSG, they won't be taking him on current form anyway. He's got to prove it on the pitch, if he decides to do it tomorrow then I don't care what motivated him. You guys go nuts every time PSG and Hazard is mentioned in the same breath. Every player will talk in respect of PSG, Real, Barca, Bayern etc. Go on Eden, show 'em what they're missing out on or what they crave. Everyone was bad this season with Mourinho but the thing is there's no much improvement in Hazard so far. Also, it's time to stop defending Hazard like he is a special player. He is just one of the players. Moreover, as a Belgian you should know that Hazard was also bad with Belgium team. Well but it happens every year with national team. He actually was much more effective with the Belgian team this season than he was with Chelsea. Which is a first... Didn't say that he played exceptionally well, but he scored and opened up games, even with his dip in form.

Not my job to know who! this why we have scouts and managers and boards to decide! It's pointless for me to speculate at this moment!!! Now who can we buy the piont and the simple fact is that you can when you have money you can buy who ever you want! and finally nobody can't  underestimate the power of money! Man u did't play two seasons ago in the CL but still bought  di Maria! Same with City they didn't had a champions league spot when the money come piling! Chelsea sell Hazard and we can kiss goodbye to being relevant for years. There's so much competition at the moment that it's absolute neccesity to keep hold on the world-class player that is at our disposal. Hoping that Chelsea choose right manager and have an appropriate desire even to overspend for players. If you watch Hazards interviews closely you'll notice that he is genuine honest guy, so pure and simple. I don't think he could say something so provoking. Doesn't fit to his character for me. A couple of tweaks and different angles and you have Cristiano Ronaldo-like character. Besides he said that he doesn't want to return to Ligue 1 other than to Lille. For me, it's either Real Madrid in the summer or we can keep hold on Hazard till 2018 (when Real be able to sign players again). And I think selling him in 2018 might be reasonable. We just have to look at this season how much he relies on being physically fit to perform. He is heading towards his 500th game in his career. How much longer he can play ? It's another Ribery case when he wears off after 30 ? Just hope for great few decisions by the club, big summer, keeping hold on Hazard somehow this summer and we can enjoy him for 2 more years. bethos1

Blue_Fox_ 2,086
Everything about this boy stinks this season. His form has been atrocious and he just looks less and less like a professional and more like a spoiled child, if in 4-5 starts he still won't contribute significantly to the team just bench him for good and play Traoré, Kenedy or someone who gives an actual fuck. I don't know about Lithuania, but having to watch the Mourinho games this season could be considered torture in some countries. Even our youngsters have scored league goals this season. Essien19 1,415
If Hazard wants out, we shouldn't stand in his way, what happens when his 'mood' isn't right is clear to see so far, imo. Former stories about him leaving the stadium and going to eat burgers strengthen my view on his 'professionalism' . Maybe i'm plain wrong, but this Hazard bloke looks like a kid who has won the lottery, yes, it could be the case that i'm too harsh on him, because maybe in his situation i would act the same way. Once he said: 'I'm signing for the champion's league winner'; Perhaps he isn't here to reinvent the wheel and doesn't want to make any sacrifices because of Chelsea FC. It could be the case that he just wants a nice and comfy atmosphere around him, some 'big' trophies in the cupboard and enjoy living life with his family and friends. I think other clubs could offer a better package than Chelsea. Before the boys in blue come calling and trying to stick it to me with the fickle nature of football fans... in contrast to a guy like Costa who made some huge mistakes, Hazard never ever worked his socks off this season, imo, from the beginning of the season, something has changed... Maybe he was hurt, maybe not, i think his decisions to leave the pitch were the easy way out. I sincerely hope that he's pulling off some magic against PSG, we're in desperate need of a Hazard masterclass. This team still relies on him, imo, but next season with a good preseason, a departure wouldn't set us back for years, we could play differently. I'm grateful for what Hazard has done for our beloved club, i wish him well, even if he goes... But in my point of view, he isn't irreplaceable and i could settle for a guy with lower quality but more enthusiasm. That doesn't mean that we're doing a Liverpool, imo. TheIceMan and EMK
Blue Gino 377
Many of the tabloids left out the parts of the interview where Eden says it's nice that other clubs want him but he's under contract and not going anywhere unless the club choose to sell. PSG are battling injuries like Chelsea and now have the whole Serge Aurier mess as a distraction. This is a huge opportunity to eliminate them so focus less on where Eden is going in the summer and get behind the club bouncing these scumbags out of the tournament! Mustafa 885
He's not playing like Eden Hazard. More like a floating CM. In his head, he doesn't have to score if the team is winning.. He doesn't have to shoot if the team is winning. He just wants to keep possession of the ball. He plays beautifully if not aggressively. A lot like 12/13 Hazard. Relying on others around him. Back then he knew Mata was the main man (like Willian & Costa are now). So he would just play his game without caring too too much about if he scores or assists. 13/14 & 14/15 he made Chelsea FC his own. Funny enough that might have been cuz of Jose.. Jose might've given him the extra push he needs to make him feel like he needs to dominate games. But as it always is with Jose, the way he is, he can only motivate a player for a short period of time. But anyways, as of right now, Hazard has drifted off. I feel like he's already hard to motivate -which is shocking for any professional- but now that we're at a point where we don't have much to fight for in the league, he's doubly passive and unmotivated. Also, can we all just stop expecting him to be a stat padder pls. He's clearly clearly not. I could probably count the number of games where he's taken more than 2 shots in a game with one hand. *Stat* He has taken 2 shots in his last 8 League Apps. He really is a winger with the mentality of a CM. This wouldn't be too too bad a decade ago but in the modern day, people like Mahrez who was bought for less than a million pounds at Leicester is capable of scoring 15+ goals. I was really hoping for him to be remembered in the same light as the likes of Iniesta or Zidane. Don't get me wrong, those guys will be remembered as World Champions and European Champions. But they will also be remembered as footballers who were always regarded as one of the best in their generation and didn't bother themselves with scoring a shit ton of goals or a making a shit ton of assists. But you just knew whenever you watch them in a match, you can just tell... this fella is the best player on the pitch. Oozing class. I look forward to tomorrow and his display. I appreciate artists on the pitch and Eden is definitely an artist.

Never Willian, never azpi.... Hazard is basically saying if there's no champions league I'll leave, yet we are in this situation partially because of him. Why should I be loyal to him when he is basically plotting to leave us because of something he has contributed towards? Why should I be loyal to him when he is basically plotting to leave us because of something he has contributed towards? It's aimed at the majority of football in existence. I never said anything about loyalty.Who cares? Why would a Belgian footballer have any loyalty to a foreign mega-rich club that was irrelevant until a decade ago? He can go play for a team in Belarus for all I care, if that is what he wants he is allowed to, I'm not going to criticise his life decisions and I sure as hell wouldn't expect him to criticise mine. Of course I don't want him too, he is entertaining to watch on the pitch on his days. But saying this sort of nonsense is something else. What are you a hypocrite? You seem to care an awful lot here then you go to say 'I don't care if he leaves'  Geez make up your mind.  11 hours ago, Polo7 said: Fuck off hazard. He said he can cope a year without Champions League football but people still worry. If he hadn't say anything, people will still worry. He would probably leave for Madrid at some point but maybe, people should give him the benefit of the doubt more and have more faith in what he says. Quote  The one question mark surrounds Eden Hazard. The Belgian has been well below par this season, and despite some more positive signs of late, there remain some concerns. Against Newcastle, he produced more backheels than one could count, though it is hard to remember him actually trying to beat a defender, an act that used to be his trademark. Although he kept the ball moving well enough, his close-range trickery and ability to carve a situation out of nothing is his reason for being in the team. Without that, he is just another player. His total lack of confidence in front of goal is now almost getting silly. Having been played in with an inch-perfect pass by Fabregas on Saturday, Hazard dithered with ball rather than taking a shot and the chance was spurned to leave him once again with his head in his hands. All of this would not be so frustrating if he hadn't just given an interview to Le Parisien in which he admitted that "it would difficult to say no to PSG." Now this might just be a classic case of trying to destabilise the opposition in the build-up to a big match, but one would hope that at 25 he was old and wise enough not be drawn into creating such headlines. It would also help if his mind was focused on remedying his current form rather than considering his next move. The perfect answer to his critics and for his own malaise would be for the old Eden Hazard to make an appearance on Tuesday night. The genius has been seen in glimpses this season, and he retains the ability to win a game on his own. If Chelsea are to get through this tie, they will need their superstar to finally start playing like one.  my sentiments exactly!
