As poor as they are can they are somewhat good defensively for the standard of a relegation battling side and it was just the type Morata was ineffective against. 100% agreed! We can't judge much on the basis of three games, but Higuain's movement alone trumps any contribution Morata could make. We finally have a presence in the penalty area. Popular Post! Milan 17,997 Posted February 5, 2019 Popular Post! Share Posted February 5, 2019 He will leave and he will regret it afterwards. Simple. Real fans are something else. He will go on a bad run of performances and results (let alone his amount of goals being not Real standards) and he will experience some booing and backlash. I believe he will regret it. xPetrCechx, Fernando, Hamilton and 4 others
Vesper 31,047
Unbelievable he doesn't just come out and say what the hell he is going to do. I am 90% sure he is leaving. At least the club knows, but FFS, would could have sold him for £175m this summer and bought Dembele for only around £100m, as Barca were shopping him fairly hard. Dembele is an utter beast, he will more than likely go down career-wise as a better player than Hazard. Real is going to flay us alive on the price they pay too. If they offered us Hakimi and £100m in the summer I will carry him to the plane myself. I think we will be damn lucky to get even a straight £100m. I wager they try and toss us £50m plus Kovacic and tell us that is £100m according to THEIR valuation. Popular Post! NikkiCFC 8,516 Posted February 5, 2019 Popular Post! Share Posted February 5, 2019 It's clear. If he's staying he would already signed a new contract. Who would like to get paid 200k per week when you can get 300k? It's great for us that he made his decision because now club can work on replacement. Also this increases our chances of keeping CHO. People think OMG who can replace Eden which is completely wrong way of thinking. One on one only Mbappe or Neymar but we won't get neither. But if you think like this: how can we have better front 3 next season? Even with Eden leaving it's one of the easiest task for club to do. Our usual front has been Hazard-Morata-Willian. Well that's like playing with 9 players so who ever we buy in the summer Pepe, Chiesa or Lozano add to them Pulisic, Higuain and CHO that is already way better lineup because we have three players up front with contribution instead of one this season. And I assume we'll replace Giroud (zero impact this season) with some good striker to challenge Higs so it's a no brainer for me. With Hazard leaving we'll have way better attack next season! Add to that point our players won't expect from one player to do everything like they do now. We'll have balance! Dazzy_Vance, RoyalBlues, Vesper and 5 others
Popular Post! Dazzy_Vance 454 Posted February 5, 2019 Popular Post! Share Posted February 5, 2019 I think we’ll be better off without him. Not instantly, but much quicker than people expect. I think sometimes we’re too Hazard conscious and he can slow us down or try to do too much. We will become a stronger team and club without him. I love you Eden, but it’s time to go. We'll have balance! exactly LW Lozano LW Pulisic RW Pepe RW Suso (or Bailey or even Malcom) CF Jovic CF Higuain CF Tammy (HG) AMF Sarabia (or even James, as Bayern could activate his buy clause for £39m and swap him to us plus say £5m for CHO)  is a VASTLY better attack than any combo with just Eden and Pulisic, (CHO is gone, its going to be mad, mad drama if we do not sell him in the summer) plus dregs Willian and Pedro, and our current AMF's, and hell, I mean even with Icardi instead of Higs Icardi (or Dybala) are not fucking a 25yo CR7 Hazard isnt even in the same country code as Messi and CR7 at 27/28/29  Messi alone scored 70 goals for club and country in the calendar year when he was 27, CR7 scored 69, lolol.......EDEN can GTFO NikkiCFC, Johnnyeye, kellzfresh and 1 other
