Sheva. 5,373
You have to keep in mind that Ivanovic will be our first choice right back, if Danny Simpson has a reasonable price and wage demands I do think he would be a good option.Right, but the reason he's unlikely to stay at Newcastle is because of wage demands.Don't know what he's asking for, but it's not a good sign. (He says he wants to earn like the players around him)

diskoviolente 425
What about Hutch at RB?Exactly. No need to go shopping for merely back up players when we have a bench full of young guns.
Kieran. 6,317
Right, but the reason he's unlikely to stay at Newcastle is because of wage demands.Don't know what he's asking for, but it's not a good sign. (He says he wants to earn like the players around him)And? He's on 15k a wk, he would be happy with 30 as most Newcastle players make. He's on 15k a wk, he would be happy with 30 as most Newcastle players make.Didn't know he was on 15k, we could offer him 30-35k and he'd still earn less than Bosingwa or Ferreira. Shane 2,275
Worst thing that happened to The Boss was when he got injured, Ivanvoic came in and became world class.
Joshyboy 36
Jose was alright you know, defensively he was ok, maybe lost concentration sometimes or was too focused on getting forward.Attacking-wise he was... well he was ok again, many a wayward cross but those bursts of pace up the touchline used to heighten the tempo a bit, which lets be honest we needed.Scored a cracking goal at the start of the season, only one I can remember him scoring myself, overall he came in and he did the job we wanted him too.Plus that eyebrow was always good for a laugh! Sure he'll wind up seeing out his last few years at a cushy club like PSG or in Brazil maybe, and I'd wish him all the best.

Strike 7,489
dont like some of the sarcasm on here. he did well for the first few years and even this season, he kept his concentration up in the big games. maybe not a great signing but seriously, apart from the trophy hogging, i think he should be given the respect of a proper goodbye
Jase 43,479
Bosingwa, one of the very VERY few players, who can boasts to have kept Messi quiet on MORE than one occasion. That is already an achievement in itself.
Kez 2,727
The clear out has well & truly begun! Class when he joined then became a massive liability. We have to thank him for his performance against Barca but now maybe we'll get to see frank & jt lift the world club trophy should we go on to win it. manpe 10,861
He is a con of a right back, a hoax by his previous coaches. His best performances came at CB and LB. He plays the wrong position. With Bosi and Paulo(?) gone, we'll jump the market for an established right back. Can't have a fish backing up Big Bran. I would like to know what people think about the departure of the another king we have in the squad. No Bosingwa, no Kalou next season. Heaven help us.
