DJames 729
technically, he is still NOT gone. somehow we were able to get matic before anouncing kdb's departure.Looks imminent and makes sense though. I can't see him staying with Matic coming in, there is no room for KDB in Chelsea it seems...poor kid zolayes

different level 1,056
Well, I guess 6 ambitious players fighting for 3 starting positions proved to be too many. It sucks for Kevin, but as the other 5 are better and with Jose's preference to occasionally play Ramires on the right wing over him makes it logical to offer his talents someplace else. Korea 734
eh, I dont get why we didnt just play an official 4-3-3 and use him there with the arrival of Matic...

Reddish-Blue 2,505
That much money for a player we don't really need is fantastic. Getting a player, loaning him out and £10 million profit...if we can do that a few more times then FFP shouldn't be an issue. To be honest we could 'flip' Courtois for a £20 million profit too in all likelihood. That's the progression we needed to make, where we buy players who either retain their value or increase in value. The board deserves some credit for that.Even if we did 'flip' Courtois for a 20 million profit....we'd be spending most of that money trying to find a top-class replacement for Cech in about 2 seasons time...As for De Bruyne...I just hope we can sell the likes of Kakuta, Van Aanholt and many others for a profit in the coming seasons Ainsley Harriott

Luke Shaw and v. Aanholt 2-3 down the line at the club will be very promising.

Kevin De Bruyne in his first interview after his transfer: "I asked Mourinho, please let me go." De Bruyne: "In October I even trained harder than ever, even on my days off. But my situation didn't change."

Would be great if any Belgians can get a copy and translate it or tell us the stories in it.. chillerz

Popular Post! The only place to be 11,313 Posted January 18, 2014 Popular Post! Share Posted January 18, 2014 But what happens if a plane falls on Oscar, Mata and Willian? Bad move by the club. Ruined everything. Wish him the best of luck and he'll probably end up at a bigger club before his 25th but sometimes these things just don't work out. We've sold a player we don't really need and signed one we do. Doubt many tears will be shed over this.
