Pizy 19,377
The PL will be a bloodbath this season. All these small teams buying players that would never have given them a look in years past. Wolves, Everton, West Ham, Fulham all going bonkers in the market. There will be almost no easy matches this coming season. 11Drogba

Vesper 31,180
Latest CIES Football Observatory Performance Rankings for the last 6 months in the big 5 Leagues http://www.football-observatory.com/-rankings-_none The CIES Football Observatory has conceived a unique approach to rate players on a match-by-match basis by taking into account the pitch production and efficiency at both individual and collective level. Using data from OptaPro, the values presented refer to the averages for matches played at big-5 league level over four different time periods: last week, last month, last three months and last six months. To be included in the rankings, a players must have been rated for a sufficient number of games. It is also by far the non-EPL league I watch and enjoy the most, with the Bundesliga a distant 3rd overall, the La Liga 4th, Ligue 1 5th.. I don't follow the Allsvenskan here in Sweden much at all, as I am London born n bred (Onslow Square in South Kensington to be precise, so the Bridge was a mile or so walk straight down Fulham Rd ), so never was brought up in a Swedish team culture here (plus the footie is dodgy). ONLY watch Chelsea now. Couldn't really five a toss about anyone else unless they want to sell us their players we might want Used to be great knocking about Chelsea before your time tho ,

jernej93 569
Who would you choose between Bailey and Milinkovic-Savic if you could only choose one? I am not really sure but I think Bailey would add more in terms of quality needed. I expect at least one of Barkley, Fabregas or RLC to have breakthrough in Sarri system but don't fancy Willian or Pedro that much. On the other hand Hudson-Odoi could really get his minutes if we don't buy a new winger.

I am a massive Leon Bailey supporter, but in this scenario we have Hazard/Pedro/Willian/Hudson-Odoi. Bailey is a special player, but tricky wingers are easier to find than legit midfield studs. SMS can Score/Pass/Dribble while being a physical presence in the midfield. SMS is a potentially immense player. (I do think however Leon Bailey is more likely to come here as SMS is too expensive, I will be over the moon if we secure either) Unionjack and Vesper

Shipping out Bakayoko and Drinkwater and bringing in Savic would benefit our team more than Bailey being a stand-in to Willian (refusing 65M shows how highly he is regarded, no way he displaces that kind of money this easily). Savic would have an instant impact I feel. However I'm in no position to give an educated opinion as I've seen both mostly on youtube. Schurrle always had a very positive attitude despite having limited ability but his experience at international and higher level club level will help them a lot along with Seri in their PL return. Should make our games more exciting, ex Chelsea player as manager, ex Chelsea player in their team and apparent transfer target....
