Jase 43,479
Juan Mata: 4 goals and 6 assists in his last 5 games for Chelsea. And that was after he had a 2 weeks off. Now, he has another two weeks break. If he doesn't score 8 goals, get 12 assists in the next 5 games, I would be very disappointed. Jase 43,479
We won 6 of our 7 league games this season when Mata started and failed to win the other when he wasn't even in the team. Coincidence? robdog

Coincidence? There is a reason why Señor Mata is AKA El Maestrojust curious if people are still mad at me for comparing Mata to Zola? Dude is very Zola-esque
termninja 5,290
I just can't find the words to describe his class. It's indescribable. And that flick to Ivanovic for his goal...just brilliant.Good to have him stay at the club for the internationals and get a small brake once again. robdog and xPetrCechx

AndersonBLUE 819
What a fantastic player, the only good thing AVB did with the club. Reddish-Blue
KonohasOrangeFlash 2,607
My god Spain are scary. Mata would literally walk into any other side on Earth. In fact he'd be the first name on the teamsheet, yet is only a bit part player for Spain at the moment (Should change soon). I think Mata is sooooo close to being World Class. I won't call him that just yet because my standards of a World Class player is higher than the norm. Reddish-Blue
kellzfresh 7,229
At the moment,Mata is better than carzola, fabregas, silva and navasHow he is not picked for the spanish squad is beyond me. I mean 4 goals and 6 assists in 5 games speaks for itself... Reddish-Blue
Milan 17,956
Maybe Hazard's goal but it was all about Mata. A great run, then 'didn't really know' what to do and then produced such a piece of magic. Stunning.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3YmHyu2VLk Reddish-Blue
Cripen 110
He play brilliantly after that brake which he had last month. Especially in the last match he was fabulous. Keep it up and this season will be better for him than the last one.And for us its better that he's not picked up the Spanish squad, its good to have him at Cobham and give him another brake. Spike 12,049
MATA > Carzola > Fabregas > Silva > Jesus Navas (ATM)One of our Three Maestros is on top of his form, doing some amazing stuff. Now comes Del Bosque and says there was no space for him, give me a break!CFC will benefit from this, great!I bit harsh on Navas given that he is a winger.Look into his eyes and try again. Spike 12,049
For a guy that complains when people go off topic, he likes to do it himself. Oh the irony.I've never complained. I've told people to get back on topic, but I've never complained. I belive the old proverb applies 'Do as I say, not as I do'.Besides, I truly hope you are aware that by complaining about me being off topic you are going off topic. Oh the irony.
