Wingers

Our current wingers all suck (Anelka - Malouda - Kalou - Zhirkov) , not one of them is an average winger , they are all below average wingers.

For a big team which plays 4-3-3 , 2 pacy , creative wingers is a must , everyone was recalling the old days of robben , duff and j.cole last year.

And that is why before the transfer window , it was pretty obvious that two young wingers will be our top priority , we lacked width , we lacked pace , creativity and any kind of trickery .

I was hoping for certain two myself : Alexis Sanchez - Neymar.

But now that they are both heading to spain , i would like to check the other options . IMO the only other wingers worth a go are the following :

• Hulk
• Eden Hazard
• Juan Mata
• Aguero ( can be used there but won't be at his best )

Who do you guys think should we go for to fill the winger spot ??

Hmm.. I mean you could argue that the "inside foward" is the new winger.

Inside forward being the Ashley Young type, that's predominantly on the wing, but looks to cut inside and shoot more often than a winger would. For this task, having a left-footer on the right could be the more idea solution. That's of course if we play the inside forward tactic.

I'd be pleased if we get Hulk. He's the player we need imo.

Adam Johnson and Mata should the ones we should be looking at. Sanchez would have been a wonder signing, but it looks like he is on the way to Barca, so any chance of a transfer is non-existent. Hulk could be another priority, seeing as AVB has worked with him before and because he has the right physical build. Aguero is too pricey to be brought in just for a winger.
