Chelsea Sack Andre Villas-Boas

Lmao, how is that 'normal' exactly?.. players actively not supporting your methods..

They get shipped out. Zlatan at Barca for example.

Simply as that. If we want Chelsea to win trophies long term and on a regular basis we can´t have a pragmatic coach, we need someone with an idea that is shaping the youth and transferpolicy. Guardiola at Barca, Fergie at ManU. Boas tries to do a similar thing that makes Chelsea special. We all agreed that change was needed.

I am happy to see this trough and have something that makes Chelsea outstanding from other clubs and gives us stability. Not a big fan of Carlos or Hiddinks pragmatic conservatism.

Having said that, it is stupid to blurb something like that out in a press conference. The players really need to get their head down after this if they got some pride left in wearing the blue shirt.

AVBs statement might as well backfire in the most horrible way. Can´t wait for this season to finish and overwrite some games with the boring Euro´s .

Well yeah...

Malouda to back him? Nope, Boas benched the shit out of him.

Kalou? Doubt it...

Mikel? Nope...

then we have Sturridge unhappy for being played off position

Lamps unhappy for not starting

+ highline

and this is only what we know from watching Chelsea.

I am not surprised though...

Lets just face the simple and plain fact that all the problems within the dressing room and on the pitch started last season before Carlo was sacked. That was why Roman handed him his p45. AVB is taking all the flack for this and it just isn't fair, i personally think any player who has the cheek to stand against Andre in the short amount of time he has been here is a fucking disgrace to our club. End Of!

I don't think Boas is authority in dressing room. He should become dictator in order to get respet from all the players, even if they hate him, they will respect him, if he shows image of tough guy. We have a lot of examples: Mourinho, Hiddink, SAF... Manager who doesn't get respect from players is Wenger. That's why Arsenal is so shit and I'm afraid Chelsea is taking this path.

I normally agree with most of the things you say and i do agree with most of the above bar the Wenger remark! So when Arsenals untouchables, a squad consisting of players such as Henry, Pires and co, his authority was a question then? No. You have to remember that it is the calibre of players the manager is working with that has a huge affect on how the team performs. Henry, Parlour, Pires, Lumberg and Vieira wouldn't have just stood about the pitch when losing grip on on such an important position in the league! AVB clearly doesn't take any crap from people. I mean just look at the way he responds to the media who are on his case in every single press conference he attends to!

I think the only way a coach can have full authority in dressing room is for the club to back him fully.

I personally think being a dictator should be the last choice. I mean, we are talking about adults, or a bunch of 6-year-old kids? respecting the manager and his choices should be the rule, not an option <_<

The way they've been acting, 6 year-olds are too mature for them..

A positive article for a change: AVB boasts Abramovich trust

Were talking about a squad of workers being paid handsomely to follow orders from someone a step higher in the foodchain, they are paid to do as the manager sees fit whether they like it or not, the question of is the manager good enough gets asked by the people higher in the club than the gaffer not lower.

I wonder if he got mis quoted.

Cause I remember he said it's normal when they ask about Mourinho texting his players, as he do the same with the players from Academica and Porto.

I don't know if he said this is normal twice.....
