Tiny Ty is pals with Nkunku form their time at RBL so he joins to keep him company in the treatment room. Makes perfect sense.

They’ve been in Lisbon for about 36 hrs now, the private jets done 127 trips and the deals been done 9 times. It honestly seems like its just rinse and repeat of the same reports every 3 or 4 hrs 😂
I think its going to be a bad night. Just need Harry Redknapp to appear hanging out his range rover window saying terrific and deadline day bingo is complete

I understand the frustration, but the immaturity of some people here calling owner names, because after overpaying for everyone previous window he is not turbo keen on paying Belingham sort of money for an half-anonymous fella, who did well in 8 WC games is beyond me.
We often say the board doesn't seem to learn, but some people aren't better. Not long since another Fernandes guy from Benfica was supposed to be worth all the money in the world to save us and now he is fighting for his place in Besikatas, just like most of those world saviours from year ago, who can't make bench in much worse teams now. I was literally abused when I was questioning who the hell is Raphinia, as he is certainly no Hazard, yet people were more then desperate with fact that he would change our team. Didn't change Barcelona too much so far, eh?
Enzo has a talent and right profile, but we need to be reasonable with transfers and seriously, he isn't making the team 5 times better the minute he leaves the plane.

- 120 million is too much, we're over spending
*Chelsea offer 85 million*
- Chelsea are a joke of a club, sack the board, embarrassing
Gotta love the toxicity, entitlement and fickleness of a Chelsea fan.
Ultimately, we have no idea which contradictory journo is correct, but I for sure will wait and see what happens. The rest of you need to wind your necks in a little bit...

He was feeding on scraps. I don't get how any striker in our set up would thrive yesterday. Maybe put him in a team where we actually create chances. The line up was poor. Football was poor and the team just clueless. Any striker would have struggled yesterday. There was no width, no creativity. Harrsh to blame him.

We should fight for results against Fulham and Salzburg. Do what we can against Liverpool and after the break we should start playing football, if not I will be worried. Probably bring Lamps back…

In his first season Klopp took over Liverpool after GW8 with the team in 10th place. They finished 8th, gaining 48 points in 30 matches. In the following season they barely made top4, finishing only one point ahead of Arsenal and also fourth again in 17/18 with the exact same points total. They also struggled badly in 20/21, even though they just about made top4 in the end. Would they have sacked him if they finished a couple points worse off in some of those seasons? I don't think so.
Klopp's a wonderful manager but this idea it's always been smooth sailing for him is simply not true. Especially early on there were times where they struggled just as much if not more than Tuchel has at certain points but they stuck by him and let him build up his squad in peace.
Tuchel's league form leaves a lot to be desired but in cup competitions he's worked wonders and for my money has earned himself a lot of good will in the bank. The window's just over and he's got in good players that he personally wished for but now the hard work begins. If we start falling down the table like we did under Lampard he'll eventually find himself in a position where he's under pressure to start delivering but for many reasons the start of the season (and the second half of last season) hasn't been easy. Some key injuries in midfield and some important signings being left so late in the window has definitely affected our league start but of course he can't keep riding on that excuse forever and things have to improve.
Last season Tuchel didn't yet have many of his 'own' players in the team but I'm definitely willing to give him a chance to build something of his own at the club and then see how it goes. This transfer window was a very good start going in that direction: he got in a couple of quality CBs of his own choosing, a new wing-back option, an upgrade over Werner and a striker he'll very likely prefer to Lukaku who I don't think was ever his top pick. There are still some issues to be resolved, especially the long-term midfield replacements for Kante, Jorginho as well as getting rid of Pulisic and Ziyech so a lot of work to be done but as long as we start seeing some developments in the play I'm more than willing to give Tuchel as long as he needs to complete the squad and hopefully then start competing for the EPL title. This season we just need to aim for a top-4 finish, a couple of decent cup runs and then go all-in for next season.

Maybe, just maybe I'll concede to the fact that we were in reality lucky to get Havertz at the time as if I remember rightly... the other 'big clubs' just weren't in the right place financially to place bids to match or better ours. Although having said that, he was still very much unproven at the highest level which ultimately made that transfer a gamble, a gamble the other big clubs weren't prepared to make. Ziyech was balling in the CL but despite the performances in that great run of Ajax in Europe, those very Ajax fans warned us he was hit and miss and gave the ball away for too many times week in, week out. As for Werner, how we didn't see that he was merely a pace merchant is beyond me.
Are you seriously trying to paint the picture that TT is the reason that these 3 players couldn't cut it in the Prem, with some of the absolute piss take of performances they churn out???
I'm not advocating TTs every decision and placing him upon a pedestal. All managers are up for criticism when and if they aren't doing their job properly in the view of us, the supporters but in my eyes, he has done enough to warrant more time and certainly more respect.

So basically dodging the question.
I'm all for Tuchel to be questioned and criticised, and I'm pro for sticking with him. But he's not bullet proof, no one is.
But when you're spamming this forum with constant moaning and negativity but offering absolutely nothing by way of solutions, alternatives, etc you'll very quickly find you'll just end up being ignored for the most part.

He's doing the negotiations & he's the reason behind the club being unable to make moves until after the window had opened? There's nothing equal about it.
Sometimes I'm lost for words when reading posts.

Another player who doesn't want to fight for their place. If Broja does end up leaving, we need another CF lined up.

Well, if you want to fight for the title, you have to be both - best and consistent. If they feel like the position should be gifted to them, well that's on them.

This is based on nothing more than gut instinct at this point but I think Frank bullshits a lot in press conferences anyway, seems to have learned not to follow his uncle Arry who would have given away his bank details if pushed hard enough.
