It's not about trust. Oscar hasn't stepped up his game at all since his first season at Chelsea. I don't know if it's the tactical system or the player's own limitation...but something is clearly holding him back. Hopefully Juventus pays 25-30 million for him

Ancelotti's title winning season, we played better team football than Mourinho in 2014. We actually had an attacking system and we scored 103 goals that season! (I understand that you are a fan of Mourinho and you don't want to see him leave, but come on, that 2009/2010 team under Ancelotti was fun to watch)

I hate people that can't see the bigger picture. This isn't Mourinho FC, it's Chelsea FC. For all the talk of Mourinho being the best manager and having the best record at Chelsea, he keeps on failing in the UCL, season after season.

To be honest, I never thought Sahin was good enough to play for Real Madrid (similar to Illaramendi). As for Baba, I got no problem with the 'treatment' he received. He's a young kid trying to break into the first team, he was shaky against Tel-aviv and Villa but showed signs of improvement against Stoke and Kiev. He just needs to keep working hard and I'm sure he'll get more chances to impress.
