Hiring a young unproven coach may sound great in theory...but in reality, they would most likely fail to deal with the pressures associated with managing a club like Chelsea It's not just about growing with the players...you need a certain personality and mentality to coach the big clubs and from what I've seen...there aren't that many quality young coaches available (aside from Klopp, Simeone)

I see Ake's long term future away from Chelsea & Bamford would be a great option to have in 2 seasons time but I don't see him getting enough minutes at Palace.

Why is Boga so highly rated? All I see is another Gael Kakuta...as in, he's a live-wire at Under-19, Under-21 level, looks a really good prospect, but for whatever reason, he hasn't taken that next step to be considered ready for the first team squad

Depends on the player though, if they are highly-rated and the coach believes they are ready, they'll get a chance....just look at Joe Gomez, signed from the Championship, only 18 and he's already played 5 PL games this season for Liverpool I agree about Mason and Pritchard, but Alli looks a class above those guys as he appears to have more composure on/off the ball

What happened to Remy? Did he fight with Mourinho or something? He's been on the bench for all 5 games this season and he hasn't played a single minute
