  1. Of course it'll never happen, Bamford isn't good enough to be a starting striker at Chelsea
  2. Hopefully you are right. Can't stand to see Cesc 'jog' around the pitch any longer Time for some new blood, fresh energy in the Chelsea midfield!
  3. Courtois Aurier - Varane - Gimenez - Alaba -----Pogba - Verratti ------Isco ---------- Dybala - Icardi - Neymar Special mentions: Bellerin, Murillo, Kane
  4. I don't see how you would fit Mata into the current Chelsea team (without selling Fabregas)
  5. It's all about expectations. We expect Oscar to be our starting #10, we expect him to lead us to victory with goals/assists...and when he fails to deliver, we call him shite. As for Mikel, we don't expect him to be anything more than a squad filler and as a result, when he does okay, fans say "he does a job"
  6. If Oscar was consistent, he wouldn't be put into the garbage bin
  7. We have 8 under-performing players who all deserve criticism and 'booing' from the fans...targeting 3 of them and calling them rats to release the frustration is pretty pathetic Fans may be upset at losing Mourinho but this is Chelsea FC, not Mourinho FC.
  8. The teacher never learns from the star student!
  9. Playing one match at LB against a relegation team doesn't prove that Kenedy has 'discipline'. Let's wait until he comes up against a quality winger...
  10. Thats a good point but I'm not sure if Kenedy has the discipline to be a LB at Chelsea.
  11. Alaba is a wonderkid, capable of playing on either wing, LB or in midfield. Kenedy is a talent but I don't see him becoming a great LB.
  12. Become a great player? Let's just calm down with the hype.. I see him becoming a better version of Danny Rose
  13. So you would waste a young winger/second striker and mould him into a LB....rather than give a chance to a young LB (Baba) who needs game time to achieve his potential?
  14. If Hiddink does well, I wouldn't mind continuing the dutch connection with someone like Koeman as permanent manager.
  15. I just think Walcott & Giroud's improvement combined with Alexis Sanchez workrate off the ball has given Ozil the time and space to 'thread the needle' and produce some quality assists this season. If you put Ozil into Chelsea, he wouldn't have so many assists because we don't have players willing to run off the ball
  16. It'll hurt seeing Mourinho as United manager but what can you do. As Terry said: It's easier to let go of the manager then sack multiple players
  17. Hopefully Hiddink can get some consistent performances out of Oscar, Hazard, Pedro....would love to see Chelsea score more goals
  18. The board would never go after Sampaoli because he has NO European club experience If we can't get Simeone or Conte (after Euro 2016), then Koeman would be an interesting plan B
  19. What was wrong with Meireles? Signed for 12 million, played the squad role fairly well, contributed to the UCL title with that goal against Benfica and then left for Fenerbache for 8 million.
  20. If the Chelsea fans are calling Fabregas, Costa and Hazard the 3 rats....I wonder what they will call Adebayor
  21. Jose was right (in his final press conference/interview), most of these players are mentally weak (as in they don't know how to fight when things are going against them) I can't wait to see what happens at the end of the season. Will we finally let go of the bad seeds or will the 'new' manager have to deal with player power as well?
  22. Heynckes retired because Bayern Munich announced the Guardiola deal half way through their treble winning season Apparently Heynckes would have preferred to coach Bayern Munich for another season but the decision was out of his hands
  23. If we manage to score more than 2 goals against Sunderland...it'll be interesting to see what the Mourinho fans (Curly haired Luiz, nullabletype, etc) have to say in the post-match thread
