Jose was right (in his final press conference/interview), most of these players are mentally weak (as in they don't know how to fight when things are going against them) I can't wait to see what happens at the end of the season. You can't blame Hiddink for taking his time, the club is 1 point off relegation, most of the first team players aren't performing and the January window is in roughly 2 weeks. I'm interested to see whether we buy anyone in January as that player would have to fit the style of the new manager next season..

Even though he was slow and unathletic last season, he was pulling the strings in midfield and creating opportunities for the likes of Costa & Hazard. This season, he's barely created any chances for our attack and considering his lack of defensive workrate, he's just put more pressure on Matic to produce 9/10 performances every match.

Holland is probably better suited to the assistant role (similar to Steve Clarke..some people are better at being the #2)

Haha by the time they get a work permit, they will become average players who have failed to reach their potential Better off letting other clubs do the hard work and then sign quality players like Willian.

We wouldn't be allowed to sign unknown brazilians due to UK work permit laws.

The board would be better off paying 40 million and getting rid of the deadwood in the first team squad.
