You can't blame Hiddink for taking his time, the club is 1 point off relegation, most of the first team players aren't performing and the January window is in roughly 2 weeks. I'm interested to see whether we buy anyone in January as that player would have to fit the style of the new manager next season..

Even though he was slow and unathletic last season, he was pulling the strings in midfield and creating opportunities for the likes of Costa & Hazard. This season, he's barely created any chances for our attack and considering his lack of defensive workrate, he's just put more pressure on Matic to produce 9/10 performances every match.

Holland is probably better suited to the assistant role (similar to Steve Clarke..some people are better at being the #2)

We wouldn't be allowed to sign unknown brazilians due to UK work permit laws.

Maybe you should also ask where the majority of our first XI has been during this downward spiral? The only Chelsea players I exempt from criticism are Willian and Begovic.
