I'm still a massive fan of Lukaku...but he just reminds me of Carlton Cole in terms of height, build 12 years ago, Carlton Cole was a pretty good prospect....and his career fizzled away at West Ham http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/2390945.stm Lukaku won't be much more than an impact sub at Chelsea right now....he may develop into a starter in the long term but will Mourinho wait that long?

Mata's ability to create chances would have definitely helped us against the likes of Sunderland and Villa. In the attacking sense, he's twice the player Oscar is right now and he seemed to have a solid understanding with Hazard. Would have loved to have seen Mata in the #10 with Matic - Luiz behind him...

Most of the people want him cause he'd be a homegrown squad player. (assuming Moses and Bertrand are gone in the summer...we need replacements)

There will always be bias in the refs....but when your strikers are pathetic and your midfield can't create good chances against teams that park the bus....you'll be lucky to win the title. Liverpool might be the media darlings but who cares about that... Rodgers put faith in attacking football and it has paid off. Suarez and Sturridge have 50 goals between them and Sterling looks like a top prospect...

Wouldn't mind Welbeck as Ba's replacement Homegrown, has pace, has the physical attributes to do well in the PL, just needs a breakout season
