Ideally prefer him dropped from Spain and have a make shift winter break

One on one finishing, please!

Not quite sure, doesn't seem bothered about team play, lost his dribbling attribute, was not amazing to start with but he could drive at someone with his pace. Movement is non existent and doesn't seem switched on, example being the moment he was flagged offside with a tap in, after he made the initial run he turned his back then realised Ivanavic had the ball ready for a cross. May seem overboard on criticism but there are no positives at the moment, Salah in the same boat. Not saying sell him but as above if it doesn't improve I can see him being sold or loaned into oblivion.
-
He is definitely improved his mindset again to drive at players, there is a noticeable difference in his dribbling too and not only against maribor
-
Meh, struggling - subbed and not in the team for a reason and I think we can see that in the games, if it stays this way I can see him going in the summer. Should try focusing on football and not his bird on twitter.

Isco + 20m? Isco + at least 40-50m!!
-
Crisp technique. Would love it if he made it here.

Every single game I've been to (frequent) and always in MHL, Row E - been asked to sit down, luckily the usual stewards there are alright and give you some slack/leeway though however they are just doing what they are told.

Once again failed to kill the game against QPR at least Jose now recognizes that and said it in the post match interview

Its a matter of opinion. I'd prefer to keep the pressure to score another looking at the positions of positive play that we're in at the time. And I wasn't saying it works all the time either, you know that, disengage that thing Last season we had to shut up shop to a degree, like you say, our team was hamstrung by the personnel, an opinion I share. This season I did not expect to employ those tactics, its cost us so far and I'd rather see us make a positive change to it before the CL later stages.
-
Was discussing with my mum last night whilst watching the City game how we cannot wait to go at the weekend and see Costa against Ferdinand then I checked BBC Football to see he had been banned Furious, wanted to see Costa tear him apart.
-
He slows our play down alot when he plays in the middle
-
Defending a 1-0 lead and expansive football are the only two tactics around then I see? Oh.. Wait wait, thats not right. Christ, defensive about a jab to your post? I think everyone can agree trying to shut up shop cost us games last season and has continued the trend this season, simply put, it will cost us again and again, already happened in 2 big games this season I might add, despite decisions and such it doesn't come into it. Tried to shut up shop, failed. No need to go via an expansive open all guns blazing approach but we do need to keep the pressure alive for more than 2 minutes after a goal. Locate the caps lock button, use it and try not to be so defensive when someone takes a jab at your opinion with their own :-)
-
Respect? Of course but quite a deluded post and I'd like to make a bet right now that in the later stages of the CL/season, but especially the CL its going to cost us, again.
-
Proud to have made it as far as he did but the potential was certainly there.
-
Where are the official numbers? Link please, Mr.Holmes.
-
Really? How so? Not a dig just curious until we see the official numbers.

I wouldn't say its a bad thing if it had happened once in a big game, or even a smaller game but its not the first time, with our team make up being different than Jose's first era when we can lock the shop up then go home. With hindsight side yeah of course but as above its not the first time and I mentioned it in other threads, surely someone else has picked up on it, alot of the time after we go 1-0 up and we get a 10 minute of pressure we seem to step off? It only takes a bad decision, a lucky bounce, deflection or lapse in concentration to take it to 1-1. I'd expect us to defend the RVP goal yeah, Cahill was actually like a cm away from heading it clear but as I said it only takes that to result in 1-1 so I'd rather push when they were there for the taking. Blind and everyone started to lose possession and they were at 6s and 7s after the goal, even most of the first half from 45th minute to when we sat right back. Bringing on Mikel is not a bad thing as Oscar is rash with his tackling, should of given us the stability we needed for a game plan to push back.
-
No problems though he's got a bird thats on TV, will she stick around when his contract at Chelsea finishes and he goes to a championship side? then to a league on side? then non-league? Doubt it, enjoy it Josh and then you can take a look back in a few years and say "Shit, what have I done."
-
Oscar takes too many touches before the pass, ergh I do not like criticizing since he was in such good form and hindsight is a great thing. I don't like Cesc so far back with Matic, allowed United to press easy although commentators/almost everyone is ignoring the fact we were missing serious movement up front and runs that take defenders away. Pass into Drogba > touch > touch > lay off Decent enough game for me, nothing spectacular but he's earnt that.
-
Meh, if he can secure commercial deals that outweight his salary and bonus scheme etc. then why not, Liverpool ticket holder or not, couldn't care just do not understand the appointment unless we are going full retard on sponsorship like United have done in the last few years (5 years+), not a bad thing, guess we'll see over the next few years!
-
When he out muscled Felliani I thought "Beast." then he lost it to Felliani -_-" lol
-
Lets not push that too far in terms of if he doesn't improve he will be dropped, not at all, the interview he done where he said Jose told him to shoot 3 times etc. is just testament to the fact he knows what he has to do, same as Hazard last season. Each season Hazard has improved, Willian has improved since he come here, this season my expectations are not high if I'm honest, where we are at the moment is just a massive positive I was more looking to next season to absolutely dominate.
-
pretty much spot on mate, Willian has a good touch (Forget Smalling, Hazard lost the ball for a throw in 3 times, not mentioned! not a dig btw just a point) and especially when he's being closed down he has unrivaled pace/touch/burst over 2-3 yards, what I mean is he frequently uses that to burst past the first person or someone going for a 50/50 which I think, considering I thought Blind was their weak spot yesterday not Felliani, could of been more exposed if he was playing CAM.
