You can definitely see it on the owner's face how much it means for him to see young players getting a run of game and do good. Was just never going to happen with Mourinho, but with Hiddink slowly getting some time to the younger players. Hopefully we get in the summer someone who gives time to the younger players.

Yeah I know, AVB came too early. We pulled the trigger too fast on that, especially after only one season. There's a lot of one season wonder managers, we should have waited to see how they do in the next season and just kept Carlo. That was an appointment too early as we wasn't ready for that, but today I will favor such an approach. True this is a valid point. I don't watch much of Chile game to give you a good breakdown of all this. But if I'm not mistaken at times when they played against Brazil and Argentina they took a more counter attacking approach. Loic is the reason why I believe we should not waste our time with players like vardy. If Loic can't get much time going what's to say that someone like vardy might do it? Heck I think if Loic went to Leicester they would be set.

Pellegrini is an okay manager as well. I think Pochetino is in that same bracket. If we get him we would do good.
