That goal was worth more than any monetary sum. The release of emotion was fantastic - all the past semi-final heartache, the will for Fernando to succeed, the jubilation of reaching the final. You can't put a sum of money on that.
Looked to me like a pull rather than a tear, so I would imagine he will miss the QPR & Newcastle games as a precaution (maybe playing 15 minutes at the end of the latter), and then be fit for Wembley.
His passing awareness still annoys me. My Dad was the first to point this out in his very first season; he has a habit of playing passes into danger areas. For example passes into players surrounded by the opposition. He needs to learn to clear the bastard thing rather than try and play out from the back and maintain 90% pass success rates.
Yeah definitely a poor choice of words, but I honestly think if you take Robben and Ribery out of their team they would struggle. I would definitely prefer playing against Bayern rather than Real, though, so I'm happy with the result. It will be a tough game still.
I don't, would be completely unjust if he was to lift the cup, he doesn't deserve the chance to. It should be Didier and Lampard who lift it, before passing it on to Robbie and Eddie, then Ash and Cech.
Ivanovic deserves to be in the final more than most, so naturally I'm gutted for him. He is Mr. Consistent. At least his suspension will be served by the time we play in the Fack Up final.
There have been a lot of retrospective positive comments for sure, but initially there was also a lot of criticism. In general I think they actually want us to achieve.
Don't be pissed off Greg. That happens to me all the time. The great thing is, you remember all the good parts from the original article and end up writing an even better one.
I'll compromise and make you a cup of tea Definitely will take this into account, will discuss it at the next staff meeting. There's a flood control been set up to help site traffic during match days you see
