I'd love Pogba. Juventus would demand so much for him though. That's the big problem with trying to buy a top class CM in January. Most of them are playing on CL contending sides and they won't want to sell them.

Apparently they were absolutely abysmal against Palace the other day. Last time I saw Palace a few weeks ago they looked like the worst side in the league by some margin. I don't think the injury is fabricated, but I'm not completely convinced that's its so bad that he's missing so much time. Even when he was fully fit he wasn't exactly first choice. It's just the paranoid conspiracy theorist in me I suppose. Maybe Jose told him to take it easy and wait it out until January so he doesn't hurt himself more. Sounds dumb, I know. Would be an enormous mistake to sell him though. I love him.

Don't think we'll ever see him as a first team regular now. He was the player I was most looking forward to watching for us going into this season. Such a shame. Someone will be getting a very good player and I think we're going to regret letting him go.

Many, if not most say the exact same thing about Mourinho, JT, and Ashley Cole.I honestly don't care about his personality or what he's done in the past. Score goals at the rate he is currently and has over the past few seasons and that's all I'd care about.

I'd be absolutely delighted if we only signed one player and he was a top class CM. We can sustain a title challenge with our current crop of strikers if we just solidify the middle of the field. Address the striker issue in the summer. Ba and Eto'o will be gone, possibly Torres too, Lukaku back, and we can hopefully add another.

Think about regular performances like last nights and imagine, DREAM if you will, what it would be like with a world class striker up top as well. Hazard was shitting on them so hard that there was HALF OF THEIR SIDE trying to mark him! Imagine Falcao or Suarez with so much space in an around the box. Defenders would be shitting themselves trying to not only worry about Hazard, but then they'd have Mata/Oscar/Shürrle/Willian/Lukaku/New Striker to worry about as well. The kind of stuff I fantasize about. We're literally just 2 pieces away from being an utterly dominating side. And Lukaku next season may rectify one of them without us spending anything. Just a top class DM to allow Hazard and company more freedom going forward and we're all set.

That was one of, if not THE most embarrassingly bad defensive displays I've witnessed. All of their goals happened the exact same way. Our players couldn't find the damn ball and it looked like a game of pinball in our box. Shocking. I'd be furious if I were Jose. Hazard was God tier tonight though luckily.

A good poacher like Ba would suit this game more than Torres does at the moment. Think he would've done better with some of the opportunities Fernando had that first half.

As always, would've gone with Mikel over Lamps. Other than that, sexy team. Should be able to do the business, but I have a feeling we'll make this as hard for ourselves as possible like we always seem to do against bad teams.

I absolutely love Oscar, but he often looks amazing against weak opposition. He fades into the background a lot of the time and goes missing when we need him the most and doesn't exactly make everyone around him better. Mata does.Only problem is that when we play quality opponents Hazard/Oscar/Mata doesn't seem to work well. Such a frustrating problem to have since you don't want to see either of Juan or Oscar on the bench. All the more reason I wish SO FUCKING BADLY that we had a world class DM so that Oscar could move back to CM. Think it could be his best position.

This team should have 3 undroppables. Cech, Terry, and Juan Mata. This guy has played almost no football for us in the league and was pure class today. And you could easily tell he wasn't even at his sharpest. The only time Mata should be on the bench is when we need bags of pace to exploit an opponent. Oscar has looked out of it for the last few matches. Time to give a fresh Juan Mata a long run of games.
