Exactly. They're gonna do just what they did last season and scrape by all of these lesser sides because they take every half chance they come by. The looked average at best for the majority of that half yet find themselves 2 up. It's like the opposite of Arsenal who boss possession but have no end product. United get bossed but as soon as Van Persie sees the ball he puts it away.

Coutinho has and will continue to improve, Sturridge will be more settled and already looked great for them, and they've bought a few players that'll improve them. If Suarez stays and is as good as he was last season they have a shot at 4th.

Arse would need a lot more than Rooney to win the league. Right now on paper I actually fancy Liverpool to finish higher than them if Suarez ends up staying. Spuds look better than they do too and even if Bale is sold I think they finish above Arse.
