  1. We know City are most likely going to win the title so I kind of want them to win today so that we still have a small gap over Arsenal. The way we looked today and since Stoke have been decent lately we may well lose that one too, so we need that cushion between us. What a depressing day. We blow aside one of the big dogs and then shit the bed against one of the worst sides in the league. We better address these problem positions in the summer ASAP. Torres is an embarrassment to the badge and a cancer to this team. Ship him the fuck out of this league.
  2. I hope Torres never wears a Chelsea shirt again. Disgraceful player.
  3. Our players should hang their heads in shame. Utterly terrible performance. Even our best players like Hazard and Matic continuously gave the ball away and if we were playing any clinical side we would've lost by many more. Instead of likely moving 9 points clear of Arsenal and putting pressure on City and Liverpool, we now have to be concerned about Arsenal again. If they win today they're only 3 points behind us. Sides like City and Liverpool wouldn't have lost this game today but we do time and time again. Likely title gone.
  4. We're making Palace look like Real Madrid! Any decent side would be up 4 or 5-0 right now. By far our worst performance of the season.
  5. We should be 2-3 down. TO FUCKING PALACE!!!
  6. This is one of the most embarrassing performances since the AVB era.
  7. I'm sure PSG and Liverpool are shaking in their boots watching us right now. Against nearly every small team we look like this. Infuriating.
  8. We look completely rattled. As if we just expected Palace to roll over for us. Terrible, terrible start.
  9. It's looking like one of THOSE games, isn't it? WAKE THE FUCK UP!
  10. So in their 2 matches following them beating us Villa have looked atrocious. Sigh.
  11. Looking at the Palace XI, if we lose this it'll be extremely embarrassing. Terrible side. 3-0 to us I'll say.
  12. Rooney standing completely still and without a defender within yards of him inside the Villa box. Incredible. Why couldn't Villa defend like this in our match? Cunts.
  13. He'd start for plenty of decent sides across Europe so it wouldn't surprise me at all if he wanted off. He can't be happy with just being the guy who comes on in the 75th minute or later to basically stand on the ball. Would be great for both parties if he moved on. Lamps too. That way we can finally bring in the CM maestro we need to partner Matic.
  14. Suarez and Sturridge should rip that terrible Spuds high line apart. Think they'll win 4-1.
  15. Spuds ain't beating Liverpool. We may as well forget about that. Arsenal I have a bit more hope with. Think they could eek out a draw. We should play the exact same lineup we did against Arse for the remainder of the season. Only rotation should be Willian & Schürrle. May as well not take any risks and just play our strongest side each time, and that was it last week. Unfortunately Eto'o is out but Torres played well enough last week.
  16. Agreed. I think he's definitely off this summer and I'm not sure Moyes and United would see him as a player who they'd be scared to sell to us like they were with Rooney.I think they'd do it if we offered. Costa/Lukaku/Chicharito looks nice to me.
  17. Would Chicharito leave United to be in the same situation he's in now as 3rd choice? I hate him but agree that he'd score loads of goals for us.
  18. Exactly. I'd rather just take our chances with Lukaku and forget about Costa than sell Courtois. Would be a massive mistake and there's no way we'd be so stupid. I hope.
  19. Thing that worries me about Liverpool in the title race is the fact that they'll probably sweep aside the bad teams. While we are awesome in the big games and against good sides I can see us fucking up and throwing it away against relegation fodder. This will likely be remedied with a world class striker next season. Someone to singlehandedly win us a match when we need it. Like both of our title challengers have.
  20. The more I see of Liverpool the more I think that we'll beat them handily in a few weeks. We should dominate in midfield and our wingers should be able to make Johnson and that ugly ass goblin Flannigan look silly. They're flat track bullies just like Arsenal. Only reason they're in the title race this season is because they aren't in Europe. How many more games could we potentially play than them by the end of the season? Also doesn't help us that their attack is having the same effect City's has had recently on the bottom half sides where they're scared shitless by Suarez and Sturridge before the whistle even blows. I think both us and City will beat them at Anfield.
  21. Maybe it'll change if we were to actually sign him, but right now I just can't get that excited about the prospect of getting him. I just don't think he's on the level of Aguero, Cavani, Ibra, Falcao, Suarez, or RvP. He doesn't wow me or make me feel 100% confident that he'll be a 25 goal a season striker that I crave to see here. I don't think he'd flop here, but I just don't think he's as good as his stats make him look this season in a league where teams can't defend. Think he's having a very nice season but I'm not sure he can consistently be on a world class level season after season.
  22. Now that Ba has confirmed he's off in the summer (as if we didn't know that already) that's one down and one to go. Now if we can get rid of Torres we'd be golden. I'd be happy with a striker force of Costa/Lukaku/Eto'o. But by all accounts it seems like Eto'o wants to join one of his former clubs to see out his career. Maybe we'll luck out and we'll see more than one new striker brought in.
  23. Moyes has just actually said that he thought Mata played really well. I literally forgot he was on the pitch in the 2nd half.
  24. Moyes has taken United 6 points behind his former club and they have a game in hand! Any other club in world football would've sacked him months ago but it's not the "United way" so they'll keep him at their own peril. Hilarious.
