Must....resist....getting excited...... I've been burned too many times before.

You don't think they'll be up for it like hell knowing that they can pull within 6 points of us if they win? Of course they will. Not to mention the chance to end Jose's home unbeaten streak.
-
Great. Now they'll be full of confidence coming here next week.
-
Fucking lucky bastards.
-
Come on you Swans. Just hold on and scrape it in the 90th minute.
-
All the Manc fans on redcafe are predicting 4 or 5-0 wins.
-
Think United will be so up for this one that they'll win it rather handily in the end. Desperate for a win.
-
Spurs have been SHIT this season yet are just 6 points behind us. Unbelievable.
-
Bet you $100 both RvP and Rooney will magically be fit for this one. Rooney for sure. RvP is rumored to be out for 6 more weeks but I have a feeling it's not true. Be shocked if he isn't back for this.
-
That was the worst pen I've ever seen. Christ.
-
Called it! Nice goal Torres!
-
You'd think that with the chance to go top even for a few hours would motivate our players to go all out, but we look like we've just had 3 matches last week. No urgency.
-
Terrible 1st half for the most part. Same story every week it seems like these days. Sloppy, slow, and no ideas in the final third. Commentator is spot on. We rely solely on the individual brilliance of our midfield. Torres invisible. We have to move the ball around QUICKLY! Not walk it around their box when they have 10 players in the box.
-
I have a feeling we'll see a Torres goal here today. Just hope we don't fuck about and let them get comfortable. Our 1st halves have been really slow lately so I'd love to see an early goal. The instructions from Jose should be to continuously give the ball to Hazard and Willian out wide and for them to run at defenders as much as possible. Hull shouldn't be able to handle that for an entire match.

That "massive" club who have been midtable for years now? That "massive" club who had to BEG Suarez to stay and were only able to by throwing a shit ton of money at him? That "massive" club whose best player will leave at the drop of the hat if Madrid come in for him this summer? Moses left our club who's a recent Champions League winner and who challenges for every honor every season for a club whose biggest ambition is to finish in the top 4. Massive club, eh? Expectancy? Liverpool hopes to get top 4. Chelsea FC EXPECTS to as a minimum goal. Looking down on you on the table right now, Rodgers. Prick.

Look at Rooney's moobs in the pic with Luiz.
-
Yep. Wouldn't surprise me in the least if they look dire and lose again to Swansea and then look like their old selves against us.
-
From Rooney: " Agreed with the manager and the medical team that some warm weather training and recuperation would help this niggling injury I have been trying to play through. Gutted I am not available for selection tomorrow, but sure the lads will give everything to get the right result. As I said earlier today the crowd can help the team's confidence massively so hopefully everyone will get behind the lads and stay with them and the manager throughout the game." Doesn't really sound like a guy who's itching to leave does it? This whole situation wreaks of desperation on United's part to suck up to Rooney and pamper him so he stays. Make him feel special. Why isn't RvP sent on a cushy holiday or any of the other injured players? I think Wayne will get another giant contract from United and Moyes will look like a hero.
-
Hope that's the case. But maybe Werder Bremen trying to get him back?
-
Listening to Jose in that press conference I think I could sense a bit of reluctance to sell Kevin in his voice and tone. I think he feels like some of us here do, that he will go on to become a very good player and we'll probably regret selling him. If it weren't for the fact that Kevin wants to leave really badly I think we'd be keeping him for sure. Like Jose said though, it's such a large profit on a player that surplus to our needs that we can't really turn it down since the player wants the move so badly.
-
Please let him come here!
-
Courtois—"I'll never say I'm a better goalkeeper than Petr Cech. But I'm not a player anymore that you can put on the bench, I think." Exactly. He's FAR too good to be on the bench or "fighting for a place." It'll be one tough decision to make this summer, but Courtois has to be brought back and made our #1 going forward.

Sympathy and emotion should be kept out of it. This is business. This is about what's best for Chelsea FC, not Kevin de Bruyne. If feel bad that it hasn't worked out for him but the days of us getting fucked by the likes of Matic and Sturridge moving to other clubs for peanuts and killing it should be over. At least if KdB is sold for a high price it can be used for another good player.
-
True.Kevin has looked awesome for Belgium over the past year, so it couldn't hurt to showcase him during the World Cup where he's likely to be a standout for his national team and THEN decide what to do with him. If he lights it up we can either keep him and give him another shot or jack up the transfer fee if another club want him permanently.
-
When it comes to selling our players I wish we'd be the Porto of England. Bleed clubs dry for our players.
