His attitude and comments like that are what prevent him from reaching the Messi, CR7, or even Neymar level. He has the talent to be there but has a small mentality. He doesn't have that burning desire to be the best and to dominate every match.

I agree that it's bad for Rashford this season. No getting around that. But if Zlatan is there only for a single season it could benefit Rashford in the long term. For an 18 year old kid to be able to train every day with a living legend like Zlatan who he must have idolized growing up can only be a huge positive. Sucks for him that he'll be sat on the bench watching most weekends, though. If he's there beyond this season and I'm Rashford I'd be super pissed off, though.
-
Only starting place I can see for him is out on the right. And that's only if they don't buy another super expensive player for that area. Not sure I can see José trusting an 18 year old kid to start week in and week out. He'll probably be an 80th minute and later player in the PL. He'll start League Cup matches and some Europa games probably and give Zlatan a rest.
-
Word is that they're also serious about getting Pogba back... Luckily, they'll still have a slow, aging, out of shape Rooney starting every match in midfield or at #10 which will be a nice weak point to exploit when teams play them.
-
Free transfer, short term deal I'd assume, and playing under Mourinho. Martial and Mkhitaryan behind or beside him. Can't see him being anything other that a success, unfortunately. He'll absolutely feast on the minnows who can't defend for shit and whose players who will be terrified of him before he steps on the pitch.
-
New ScoutNation video just went up. His dribbling, close control, and finishing are superb. Even more impressive when you consider his age.
-
Yeah, that would be a really stupid deal for us and sounds like some video game fantasy shit. If we wanted Morata that badly we should just straight up pay the full price. Hazard is far too important to sell without bringing in someone at his level to replace him.
-
Would be suicidal with Cesc. No matter who we buy to partner him.
-
Indeed a strange move club wise, but he'll be under an excellent young coach at Bournemouth so you can see the thinking.
-
Don't see where he'd play if we're going with 2 strikers. Makes even less sense for Man City to be after him. They have About £170m worth of attacking midfielders already and are close to signing Nolito. The hell would they need another super expensive #10 type?
-
Wouldnt close the door on Lukaku yet. That'll be one to watch until the window closes or we sign another striker in addition to this kid.
-
Marseille is a selling club. They've sold loads of their best players recently I think. Roma plays hardball. Doesn't help that Nainggolan isn't pushing for the move. He's also already at a pretty big club, is nearing 30, and is comfortable with his life. Totally different to this kid who was probably through the roof when he got a call saying Chelsea wants him.
-
Unless we sell Costa and buy him too! We'll surely be buying at least 2 strikers this window. Costa, Batshuayi, and someone else. My guess is an older, experienced striker that offers something different to what the other two do. Maybe those rumors of Pelle will come true?
-
The transfer God Di Marzio says it's all but done. He's ours. As a partner to an experienced striker like Costa I love the deal. If Costa is sold I'll worry. Obviously at least one other will be bought. Lukaku?
-
Utterly insane. A tiny PL side can now afford to spend that kind of cash! He'd be dumb to make that move, though. Should stay another year in France, improve further, and wait for a big club to come in.
-
Hate to bring the mood down, but unfortunately we don't have Bonucci or Cheilini. If he manages to effectively play a back 3 with Cahill in it then he deserves a knighthood.
-
Really hope all of our transfer targets like Kante and Nainggolan were watching that and thinking "damn, I wanna play for this guy!"
-
Doubt this'll happen unless Nainggolan pushes for it. Seeing as he keeps saying he'd be happy to stay we should move on. Much as I want him, if he can't be bothered to desire a move what can you do?
-
No matter who else we sign, Kante would be he best one we can make. Fabregas would be free to be his normal, world class self with Kante and another athlete next to him. I pray that the second the tournament is over we announce that we're going to sign him. Triple his salary, whatever. He'd transform our midfield. I just worry that United or Arsenal will be sniffing around. Especially Mourinho who can't be satisfied with Fellaini, surely. City have Gündogan, Fernando, and Fernandinho. Everything linking Yaya away has disappeared too, so he may stay. Think that rules them out and Spuds just signed Wanyama who plays the same position.
-
I don't think William Carvalho is any better than Matic and doesn't offer anything different than him to be honest. We should buy Kante and play him in his best position (DM) and buy an actual B2B midfielder like Nainggolan, Witsel, or Gomes.
-
Insane amount of money for him but I'll admit I'm pretty sad to see him go to that scummy club. I really, really like him as a player and he'll be a fantastic signing for Liverpool.
-
Man, I just want someone that's an upgrade on Oscar. Shaqiri would be that at least!
-
I could get behind this honestly. Been a fan of Witsel for years and wanted us to sign him under José a couple of seasons back. Wasting away huge ability in Russia. He can grow even better under a top coach. Witsel + Kante would be damn, damn good.
-
True, he is very streaky with his form. Fantastic at his best but that isn't often. As far as his Bayern stay, I was under the impression that he was a bit like Salah or KDB was here where he didn't really play much to show his quality? I think if he is surrounded by great players and played regularly he'd show his true self. Maybe we'll find out if he leaves Stoke for a big team.
-
I'd take Shaqiri. As for selling Willian, no way. He'll be fantastic for Conte.
