He's the exact sort of player Mou would love and would be a beat at Arsenal as well. Imagine the nightmare it would be to go against the pace and athleticism of Martial on one side and Mané on the other. Or Sanchez, Özil, and Mané. Yikes.

What you say about United is true, but the clubs have to be willing to let those world class players go. Real Madrid wanted to sell Di Maria. No way will they want to sell Bale. Atleti won't want to sell their best player either.
