It could affect CHO mentally, especially when he is still young. But luckily for him, it doesn't seem like fans will be allowed into stadiums for some time.

Innocent until proven guilty. This could just as easily be a bird after a bit of money and coming out with awful allegations.
However, if, IF, true, the club will sack him

Pjanic for Jorginho doesn't make sense for us. He's a great player but we need guys who are in or entering their prime rather than coming down from it.

Ben Chilwell had been awesome for much of the season and people were talking of a world record fee for a fullback. He had a few poor matches before corona and now you guys are acting like he's dogshit.
I'd still have him in a heartbeat.

I understand that your comments are a general statement of your views, rather than a specific reaction to what I've said, but I'd like to respond to some of the things you've talked about.
First, and absolutely foremost, I have no issue with people telling me I've got it wrong. Like all of us, I do get frustrated if people choose to be aggressive about their disagreement because that tends spiral into a slanging match and I'm no good at those. Obviously no insults in your post and I enjoyed reading it.
On Mason: My view when he played youth football was that there were elements of his play which would not transfer to senior level. I thought he did well enough at Vitesse to earn a preseason with Mauricio so was disappointed it didn't happen. My view when he joined the squad was, and remains, that he has not yet proved himself.
On Connor. I never believed I was watching a future first teamer when I saw him play development football so if/when he makes it here Connor will be one whose quality I failed to spot as a junior. For me, for now, he has it all to prove.
On Billy and Lewis Bate. The first post I ever made about Billy (before we signed him) was to say that I thought we had more talented youth players already. I have however gone out of my way to reiterate the fact that more talented does not necessarily mean better. As for Lewis, I remain confident of my opinion about that comparison. His movements are crisper, his touch is tighter, his body control is sharper, and his manipulation of the ball when dribbling is more incisive. In addition, like Billy, his passing is forward looking and he likes putting his foot in.
Where I disagree with you about Lewis is the idea that, if all this were true, it would put him ahead of Billy already. As I've taken trouble to state in several posts, talent is only one factor. SFL likes to remind people that he felt there were more talented scholars than him in the West Ham youth side. None of us have ever heard of any of them. I'm eager to see how Lewis progresses but he has more developing to do so, for now, he is rightly behind Billy.
On Ethan. I've previously said I don't think he has top four quality so, since I hope we will restablish ourselves at that level, I think Ethan faces a tough road.

Gallagher wont be here next season. He will be loaned out for another season of playing every week and that is definitely the best thing for his development. He has jumped the rung a bit going to Swansea from Charlton but theres no need to rush him. He has only 1 season of pro football under his belt.
Barkley if he stays beyond this season I would be surprised as well as his Chelsea career has been nothing but poor bar the odd false dawn (although I did say I felt FL could have hsed him more along with Giroud and Pedro before the winter period) so if he is retained then when he doesnt deliver that decision will sit firmly on Frank's shoulders because we can all see hes not consistent enough yet alone good enough. Hes definitely expendable this summer so to speak.
Mount and Gilmour probably wont play the same roles, also Mount is more a 10 than Jorginho, Kante or Kovacic so hes hardly in direct competition with them as Frank seems to prefer 4231.
Throwing in Pulisic who is going to be a winger here for the foreseeable future is just pointless and just seems as so you have done so to make it look as if there are endless players who in the squad have played that position. Pulisic hasnt played as a 10 at club level for us or Dortmund as far as I can remember. Maybe for the USA he has. I doubt FL sees him in that role. Or we would have seen it already.
So he has Ruben (again havent seen him in a FL team yet so who knows?) and Ross (for as long as he stays here times running out for him) as his main competition in the current squad. Potentially Ziyech on top next season and as mentioned what if FL cuts his losses with Ross? So even if he doesnt, he will definitely be a squad member, would take something incredibly drastic for him not to be. Its clear Frank rates him highly.
Where do you get the impression we will sign Aouar from? Or just a personal choice? He is somebody who has played a lot off the left side as well as centrally for Lyon since breaking into their team in previous seasons but yes a top top player in the making undoubtedly. Plus as questionable as Mount and Barkley are, if we go after Aouar and sign him do you honestly think Conor Gallagher will fit in the squad? Really? Just baffles me you think we will sign another attacking midfielder, retain Ruben, Ross and then keep someone who is at an age where they need to playing to make up the numbers more or less. I mean Billy Gilmour is also likely to be still around next season too before Conor is in my opinion.
Next season I doubt there will be many MF changes, we will likely have Kante, Jorginho, Kovacic and probably Billy if FL trusts him more and he can continue to do well. Maybe Ruben it depends how FL sees him but think he will be further up the pitch as a 10 or furthest forward in a 3 man MF. In the 10 position we will have Ruben, Mason and Ross (think he should be sold though). Maybe Ziyech will operate there maybe not. But its all hypotheticals to the summer comes but Mason Mount possibly not having a place in the squad next season is by far one of the most outrageous things I think I have heard on here in a while.

Saul, (who Atleti will sell cheap (cheap for him)
but I am laughed off the board when I suggest this
plus, that is simply beyond the scope of the next 2 windows (plus what is left of this one)
we have to wait until summer 2021 to deal there I think
we are in truly deep shit overall if you look at the big picture, especially if we miss out on CL again and especially if we do not sell Kante
FFP is going to fuck us hard, as the board doesn't sell in a timely fashion (thus costing us hundreds of millions in lost revenue) and they make horrid contractual decisions and salary deals (plus the obvious string of shit buys)

I think we need a goal-scoring central midfielder. Someone who can score from outside the box. Kante, Jorginho and Kovacic don't really work together because neither of them are good goal scoring threats.

Top 4 will be hard. I'll be surprised if we make it. What sucks though is it's going to hurt us when it comes to making signings in the summer.
