The only way Frank will get a testimonial THIS summer is if he goes and plays for New York City. No European club will let him sign and then come back to us for a one off match. It will be after he retires, i'm sure.

He's been a good player for us, with the odd exceptional game. But no where near an 'exceptional' player. I'll always think Munich when I remember this guy, he was incredible that day, just like the other twelve that played apart that day. Truely one of the best players and athletes to ever wear our shirt. Never thought I'd say this when he signed 8 years ago, but he leaves as blue as Frank, Didier, JT, Petr etc. I remember Drogba being interviewed on the pitch in Munich saying that belonging to this club means behaving in a certain way as a player and adopting an attitude and passion for the shirt. Those words sum up what this club did to Ashley over his time. Legend, Ashley.
