Starting with the Shakhtar game a month ago, which ended our 6-game winning streak (this was when we were 7-1-0 in the league), we had eight games. EIGHT! That was all it took for them to fire Robbie. Jesus Christ... Anyway, it looks like Pep Guardiola will be our new manager. Anyone other than Benitez will do, really, although I guess even Rafa the Magician can't do a whole lot of damage in half a year's time.

Yeah, I plan to keep my options as wide as possible. I can think of at least three different careers I would love to purse if I specialized in computer engineering.
-
I've always been interested in Materials Science and Chemistry in general, but I love mechanics and programming, and robots obviously beat titration. Besides, I've never really enjoyed Chemistry labs. Accuracy, precision, and cleaning up are not my type of things. ECE labs are notorious for their overattachment (I heard I'll be in the lab every single day from Monday to Sunday next year), but I think I'd rather do that, and I'm already used to sitting hours at my computer.

Spoons are nearly as dangerous as knives for this kind of work. I'll have to use an uncontrollable amount of force to scoop out a piece, and in doing so, I can accidentally stab my wrist with the spoon, cutting my artery wide open to start spouting out blood, and then I'll freak out jumping up and down, stub my foot in the kitchen counter breaking a couple toes, and as I quickly reach down to wrap my bloody hands around my toes, I'll bump my head on the edge of the table, cracking my skull, and cause the entire table to dismantle and the glass pane on it shatter onto my pretty little face. Then, I'll be lying there in the kitchen screaming and bleeding, not just blood, but also that gooey stuff in my brain, but soon, I'll start to feel the pain go away and my anal sphincter relax, and I'll be feeling extremely comfortable in no time. On a second thought, spoons do seem like a better option than knives.

That's true, but I just checked the date of the match I was talking about, and it was November of 2010, only two years ago. Even though he has been declining for some time now, it's really surprising to see he's gone from someone who can produce something magical like that to someone who consistently misses on clear cut chances in just two years.

Yeah, he was no doubt a great player. He wasn't worth the money we paid Liverpool, especially considering the form he was in at that time, but he was nonetheless a magnificent player. I remember that time Torres scored two stunning goals against Cech for Liverpool at the Bridge (if I'm not wrong). The second one, the one he curled in from outside the box past Cech, who was rooted to the ground, especially, was one of the best finishing touches I had ever seen. He wasn't just a great finisher, he also had the audacity, which he's completely lost. Looking at how reluctant he is to take a shot, you have to wonder how quickly someone can turn so get so bad so fast.

Terry and Luiz. Terry inhibits Luiz from doing something retarded and Luiz makes up for Terry's lack of pace. The second best pair I believe is Cahill and Ivanovic.

But how am I supposed to get out after I nuke this place?
-
Yeah, that's true. I've done that before. Not with a knife, but one day in elementary school, I was walking to my seat after getting my lunch, thinking "I'm gonna trip and spill this all over the place", and I did it.
-
I was supposed to feed my dog some apple today, and no one was in the house, so I had to cut one myself, and I fucking hate knives. Whenever I'm using one, I constantly fear I'll chop my fingers off, drop the knife on my foot or fall on it.

Do computer engineers count? I think I might be studying either computer or electrical engineering next year granted my grades allow me. If they don't, I'll have to settle for chemical engineering, but that will shatter my dream of building a grand empire of robots and conquering the entire universe. But right now, I leach off my parents, and I plan to do the same for another 5, maybe even 35 years.
-
I didn't watch the game, but I have to say, how did Cole, Ivanovic, Ramires, Oscar and Mata all get dropped when Torres started? Could it be that he will be dropped against Juventus?! Nah, I doubt it.

Are you drunk again?

It happens to me all the time, too, and I use Chrome. I sometimes even get some weird symbols like ? > or something like that, I don't remember correctly, but like CHOULO19 said, no biggy.

I wonder what the keeper said to him. Keepers always seem to run up to the kicker and talk to him after a miss like that.

That sucks. I did three applications last year and had to pay over $200. One of them I didn't even complete because I got admitted to the one I wanted to go before I sent them all the documents. And the application fees I had to pay were low compared to what I would have had to pay to apply to universities in eastern Canada. They have this system there that makes you do your application twice and make two separate payments, each around $100. Absolutely criminal. Anyway, good choice. I hope you get in.

That picture really makes me sick. I can kind of see how he got away without any serious injury (his leg is bent sideways as opposed to the direction in which his knees move), but it's still amazing he'll only be out for a couple weeks.

Chelsea lodge complaint about Clattenberg

Police dropped the investigation? That means it's now time for some bogus detective work by the FA followed by a nonsense verdict. -
Damn, how is this game not over yet? Should be 3-0 already.
-
Yeah, Mata was either the best or second to the best in terms of key passes last season.

What are you talking about? You feel most sure and confident when your emotions are running high. Doubts start crawling in once you settle and give yourself time to think. You don't want the club to think about all the major decisions it makes so it never makes any decision, do you? It's sort of like when you're drunk and you feel like having sex with this girl. She might have STD's, she might be fugly, she might get pregnant. But you don't think about stuff like that. No. You just do it like a man. And if you happen to get chlamydia, you don't really like her, and/or she gets pregnant, you deal with the consequences like a man. Your dick burns every time you take a piss? Good. Adds a little more spice to your otherwise monotonous daily life. Stuck with a girl you don't really like for the rest of your life? Marvelous! Now, you have a permanent and free people-skills tutor. And of course, babies are cute. See how everything turns out nicely? There's no way this will turn out badly for us. If it seems to, we can always look on the bright side and make it turn out nicely. Like say, we'll get more media coverage. They won't be saying nice things about us, but that's fine. Being on the news is a nice thing. I've always wanted to be on the news. I'd literally kill to be on TV, and that really should get me on it. What else... Ah, you'll have more things to talk about with other people. That's a good thing. Talking with people is a good thing. In fact, a lot of people will want to come here to talk about it, causing the forum to explode. Then, you can concentrate on other things, like singing, perhaps. -
I don't think this says anything about his recent form. This is a typical benchwamers' game, and Mata's always been one, regardless of how good his form is.
