  1. I think Mount is the type of player due to his intelligence, movement, work rate, and finishing will find a lot of ways to get playing time. But no doubt i rate a fully fit RLC over Mount, his combination of physical and technical ability is off the chart.
  2. Said last season, that i wouldn't be happy just to see Emerson starting over Alonso. I want Alonso sold, i couldn't live him being an injury away from starting again. This season that happend too many times due to Emerson injuries. I would like to see us go after Lucas Digane.
  3. Kinda why Lamps keep impressing me, not afraid to own his mistakes. Previous manager would just rid it.
  4. we should go after him; plays on the RW which neither Pulisic, CHO, or Willian strive at.
  5. I think he is the best striker available, he ticks all the boxes.
  6. Who knew playing a midfielder with obvious issues with his end product would not do well in a advanced midfield position.
  7. Watching jorginho and Kovacic the last two games have been a pleasure; Kovacic looking like Iniesta with his dribbling and cut through passes.
  8. Sarri and Conte also did not rate Willian, lets be clear about that.

  10. I made that comment when RLC was not getting playing time and fighting injuries. I am huge fan of RLC even when many were questioning him in the beginning/before the season. His injuries worries me though, i hope he can stay healthy.
  11. Ndombele is much more promising than Baka, i actually watched a lot of Monaco games and when we were linked i was probably the biggest critic in signing him. I remember people were furious when i compared him to Ramires. Ndombele is a class above Baka from a technical standpoint, he needs work on his end product and put in a shift defensively on a more constant basis. He has all the talent to be a great CM, for me he is very similar to Kovacic. But Kovacic progression has stalled in recent years.
  12. I rate his talent, but he has to develop his end product. That is why i rate Aouar higher, games is more complete. Ndombele reminds me of Kovacic, but we will see how he develops. I will take a healthy RLC over Ndombele.
  13. We seriously doing this again, starting pre season without a manager, it should have been done already.
  14. Story from Germany Is that Bayern wanted Pulisic badly, turned their pursuit to CHO when Pulisic signed for Chelsea.
  15. Think Neymar game is more complete, his movement off the ball is much more dangerous. I think this is where Hazard game is lacking, he lacks the killer off the ball movement of Ronaldo, Messi, Neymar, Salah, or even Mane. But on the ball he is only behind Messi in that department. Overall i would take Hazard, mainly due to his professionalism and ability to step up when counted on. Think Neymar doesn't play up to his ability often time.
  16. This is the most in depth article i have read on Lampard coaching. https://totalfootballanalysis.com/head-coach-analysis/frank-lampard-derby-county-tactical-analysis-statistics
  17. He is a super talent, unlike most Italians i think he fits the PL very well due to his pace and directness.
  18. Definitely Europa competition should be noted against Sarri, but so should the fact Mourinho had a much superior and super team at his disposal. Context is needed in both situation.
  19. Yeah i am going to say hiring Allegri is a terrible idea when placed in a similar situation at Milan after the sale of Ibra he almost got them relegated.
  20. I am far from convinced of Lampard as I have stated numerous times, but the more I hear of Allegri, Marcos Silva, Rafa, Mourinho, etc. I am hoping on the Lampard fast, Ten Hag is the best name we have been linked with, and that has been very little.
  21. Bakayoko is definitely a Conte signing, there were many stories of how Conte scouted Baka at the time. No one at the time was doubting he was Conte's preference. He turns out shit, revision he was the Board signing all along.
  22. Bunch of names on that list is disputable, and anyhow it fails to address the point of the players wanting to play for Chelsea under Conte.
  23. There is no evidence or noticeable difference to make a judgement that Chelsea operated much better then rather than at the moment. Like i said in my previous post, a lot of things have changed mainly our financial strength and financial regulations to contend with. The status of Roman wealth has changed he has taken a financial decline in recent years, and a much rise to football inflation. A Sheva or Torres type spending was nothing to him at the time some of the most expensive signings in world football, to make similar type signing it would be in the upward of 100m+. He would be much more careful and weary to make those type of signings. I can write long post about the the climate differences between now and then, but in short it comes down to money. We throw money at our problems, and it worked. Now we cannot. We can spend at a respectful level right now, but not enough to blow away our competition.
