CHO needs to go on loan, if there is a player I think must go on loan it is him. He needs minutes desperately.

Mount is deservedly Chelsea Player of the year, he was the most consistent under Lampard and Tuchel. For me him winning felt more like how Willian won player of the year twice. Both players were consistent and had the most “solid” performances.

Mount has not been arguably the best player in the tournament, Jorginho has.

That summer we did spend, we just brought shit players. We replaced Costa and Magic with vastly inferior players. Imo Summer of 2015 was a summer we should have spent on quality, instead we made no investment and sign players with low chance playing for Chelsea.

At their best at Chelsea, Ruben is miles above Barkley. RLC looked like he was on his his way to be a special player. He was a big reason why we finished strong under Sarri, going to Europa final and capturing 3rd place. You know a player is class when others are playing well, and he is able to stand out. Barkley at his best looked like a depth player at Chelsea. Naturally some players are better fit for some managers; Kovacic and Zouma were beneficiaries from Lampard management and tactics, while Rudigar, AC, and Jorginho. You could also make an argument about Kante too, his performances were day and night under Tuchel and Lampard. Maybe RLC benefits the same way under Tuchel. It is worth exploring in pre season.

RLC has shown much more than Barkley. Your position is absolutely ridiculous, no one is suggesting RLC should be guaranteed anything, it is not a waste of time if Tuchel wants to give RLC an opportunity in pre season. It’s pre season, where we have seen many more inferior players play for Chelsea. RLC was very good under Sarri, and big reason why we finished strong toward the end of the season. If he get that RLC back then it is worth the time in freaking pre season.

I honestly think this Ballon d’Or hype for Kante is crazy, he played very well in some key moments under Tuchel and huge reason for CL. He was not at his best under Lampard and so far in the Euros he has been subpar. Pogba his teammate is out performing him, freaking Renato Sanches bossed the midfield against him. would love for Chelsea player to win the award, and Kante seems like a incredible person. I hope he wins, but no I don’t think he is the best player or had the best season.

If he can regain his form and stay healthy he will be immense addition to our midfield. We need a player like him. it is a gamble given his trajectory, but what is the downside?

As I said a month ago don’t expect much this transfer window, we made enormous amount of investment in 2020. Werner, Havertz, Ziyech, and Pulisic can give much more.

Don’t think Hakimi is good, I have expressed this from the get go. He will be very ordinary in the the PL against much better athletes, so hoping he goes to PSG. We also saw Alonso and Moses go through a purple patch under Conte, again I wouldn’t touch him.

From what I remember watching Hakimi he was not anything impressive at Dortmund. Feel like he is inflated just like Moses and Alonso were during Conte first year at Chelsea. I don’t understand why you guys think we will invest heavy on attack. We will play with a back 5 again, Jorginho/ Kovavcic, Kante, and Mount are guaranteed starters. So basically Pulisic, Havertz, Werner, Ziyech, and everyone else are fighting for 2 spots. It is going to be a very boring summer transfer window.

Pulisic has had his moments for sure, but let’s be honest if those three perform to the level we invested in them we wouldn’t be talking about Sancho, Haaland or other attackers.

If Conte went to United, they would incredibly get better. Spuds? Lol, imagine worrying about them.
