I'm getting pissed off with lukaku haters on here. You're just annoyed you didn't get the latest poster boy in halaand. If there was no rumours and gossip on halaand you would be so happy right now. You lot are not real Chelsea fans at all. I know Lukaku is gonna smash it here he suits us absolutely perfect. I personally cannot wait and believe the premier League is within reach finally!!!

Is that really best for the club or just urself because u don't rate lukaku, to say not buy any 1 and put all hope on a false 9 is crazy, especially when you have the option to buy a machine like lukaku.

I knew we would never have got Halaand and tbh I'm glad we didn't.. I don't want our club to surrender to that fat rat Riola.
Congrats Lukaku.. now do the business and score goals.

I hope he comes here and makes u look like a right idiot, then again he could come n score 30 league goals and it still wouldn't please you.

I'm telling you now, so many of you are solely fucking focused on the financials you can't even see your own arse, never seen so many stupid fucking comments like "oh look it's 100m we are being robbed" who gives a flying piece of horse shit if he comes in and scores goals, can't be fucking worse than Werner last season.
Can't wait that if we sign him he fucking throws it back in your faces.

Haaland is flavor of the month, and like we've seen many times in the past people love flavor of the month players. Last year it was Reguilon instead of Chilwell.
Haaland is great and odds are by the end of his career he will likely go down as one of the best players of his age group, but I'm having a really hard time figuring out why having Lukaku would all of a sudden be some huge tactical problem for Tuchel to solve or else he'll be shit but then same people think Haaland would fit our team like a glove, even though they're actually quite similar players.
I can understand being turned off by Lukaku on the financial side of things (high fee, high wage, little re-sale value) but what I really don't get is the outright abuse on Lukaku as a player like he's the second coming of Andy Carroll or some shit. The man has scored 305 career goals by age 28 while playing in top leagues since 18 and keeping up the same rate he's likely to reach close to 500 goals overall by the time he retires from the game. Shit players just don't do that.

But why would we want Haaland if Lukaku is a terrible fit? They are really similar players in the way they are attacking and scoring goals.

What does it have to do to Marina? We didn’t want to buy him two years ago. Also, MU sold him to Inter for that prize, not to Chelsea.. Not same thing. Also, he improved his game in last two years. Making Marina scapegoat for every wrong pass is getting beyond ridiculous.

Kounde has the Reece James type build. He isn't getting bullied out of anything.
How many times has James surprised a hulking CF with his strength and had them back off? I counted plenty last season, and Kounde plays very much the same way.
Looks incredible on the ball. The best I've seen from all these "ball playing" CB's we've ever been linked to.
Exciting transfer.

Sorry, not having this “we don’t have the best pulling power” stuff even a little bit. Perhaps for the absolute best of the best like Haaland who will have every top club after him it will be a struggle. But we absolutely have the pulling power to lure world class players.
It’s just unfortunate that the ones we want are already at financially stable clubs and will cost mile high fees. We’re as attractive as any club in Europe. We’re in an era where even the West Ham’s and Leicester’s of the world can put their foot down and demand £80m or £100m for their players, ffs. That’s the issue here, not that Chelsea’s pulling power has fallen.

You must read this before they change Wiki... Hilarious
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marina_Granovskaia?scrlybrkr=10ea67a0
Someone is already changing it. I got a copy of the first paragraph before they did.
Marina Queen of mugging off Leverkusen Granovskaia is a Russian-Canadian who is currently a director at Chelsea F.C. and has a vice grip on the nuts of Bayer Leverkusen She absolutely scammed them of a deal for Kai Havertz for a total of £62 million + £8 million in add ons. [1] She is responsible for brokering the team's sponsorship deal with Nike, that will fund £60m per year to the club until 2032. A statue is in the works outside Stamford Bridge for her dedication to the club and constant conning of football clubs around Europe[2]

Please dont be that ignorant comparing black people with latinos and light people. Its world of difference. In many parts, light color i.e. Rihanna is perfection. It has nothing do do with dark brown people, who are the ones that get most shit.
My point was towards defenders and even goalkeepers. In attack, yes sure clubs love athletic, speedy players, and that african americans excell at.
Like it or not, when it comes to defence, people will still have doubts when it comes to african americans, thinking they cant be composed enough, calm enough and keep their shit together. And no thats not down to personality, its down to color. It is getting better, but its still there.
And in world when you have to fork out 80m on CB like Koulibaly, that will definately come to question. And ulitmately clubs will decide not to go with that move. No its not always, hell United paid loads for Pogba for example or Barca for Dembele. But sometimes its evident.
Koulibaly had 4 top top seasons, arguably best CB in italy. Can tackle, good on the ball. Thats exactly what Pool did with Van Dijk. Yet not single club went to pay that for Koulibaly.
Goalkeepers, defenders and coaches must be first and foremost great thinkers, calm and cool; tacticians. Fullbacks, wingers, strikers are desired to be athletic, quick. And yes the perception that african americans are naturaly less tacticaly apt or cool under pressure results in fewer black gks, cbs and coaches around.
I bet my ass if Kepa was black, never ever is someone paying 70m. Period. I dont try to rile things up, its just the way how it is and everyone needs to aknowledge that so it can be gone for good.
