  1. I am trying not to get too excited about this one, after what happened in the summer. He's clearly not the finished article but I think him coming now would do wonders for him, specifically learning from an experienced manager such as Guus Hiddink and from playing alongside a legend and veteran like JT. Do I think Everton will sell him now? I highly doubt it but blimey would it be amazing to see that smug asshole Martinez cry over something else this week. Absolute bellend that guy, lost all respect for him. Also, if he does come (big If I know), watch the English media turn on him (I believe its already started after recent performances-which is shocking by the way, he's still a young lad learning the game, he didn't ask for this expectation/ attention to be thrusted upon him). Hope a deal can be made, like a previous poster, including Cahill sounds appealing to me and I think Everton would be into it, a current England Centre Half who is very decent.
  2. Chelsea are hoping to bring in two centre backs before the transfer window closes on Monday. (Times) #CFC
  3. MIAZGA ARRIVAL IMMINENT And we have more news to bring you now concerning another potential arrival at Stamford Bridge. Sky sources are telling us New York Red Bulls defender Matt Miazgais expected to fly to London in the next 48 hours ahead of completing a £3.5million move to Chelsea.
  4. Chelsea eye up Claudio Ranieri, Mark Hughes and Eddie Howe as permanent replacements for Guus Hiddink (Telegraph) #CFC With #MCFC & #MUFC target Guardiola seemingly out of their reach, #CFC have identified Simeone and Allegri as their top choices. (Telegraph) The club’s hierarchy are having to contemplate more achievable manager alternatives with no Champions League qualification. (Telegraph) #CFC Eddie Howe has drawn admirers within the corridors of power at Chelsea’s Cobham training base for his work with Bournemouth (Telegraph) #CFC There is support [from #CFC hierarchy] for turning to Mark Hughes, the former Chelsea player who is now Stoke City manager. (Telegraph) #CFC Having spent last summer pursuing and failing to sign central defender John Stones and going through a similar goose chase with Wayne Rooney Chelsea do not want to be suckered into a fruitless pursuit of a big-name manager. (Telegraph) #CFC Interesting. Ranieri: HELL BLOODY NO. Just no. Love the tinkerman but no. Eddie Howe: Would be a hell of a gamble, I like the guy but Roman won't go for it. Mark Hughes: More than worthy of being mentioned after the job he's done at Stoke. I'd put him on a top 5 wishlist for sure. I know nothing of Allegri or Simeone so I won't pretend I do by offering an opinion.
  5. Pato medical complete. #CFC (via @JimWhite)
  6. He's behind Kurt Zouma in the pecking order it seems but this is a very short sighted decision if legit. I can't imagine any of the top clubs in the league coming in for him, he'd probably have to settle for the likes of Loserpool or the spuds. Can't see us letting him go unless we have someone coming in, letting him and Ramires (two decent squad players) go with such little time left in the window won't happen I believe. Maybe at the end of the season he will be off and I wouldn't mind it as much.
  7. He seems motivated and genuinely chuffed to be here. Good luck Pato mate, defy expectations and start banging them in! Up the blues!!
  8. - I'd happily take Pochettino, would be difficult to get him from the Spuds though. Maybe he could bring Harry Kane with him.
  9. Patrick Bamford will be allowed to leave Chelsea, although the club want to insert a buy-back clause in any permanent deal (Telegraph) #CFC Norwich City, Hull City and Middlesbrough are all interested in Patrick Bamford. (Telegraph) #CFC
  10. Chelsea book medical for Alexandre Pato and deal could be done in next 24 hours (Dailystar) #CFC #Corinthians
  11. Making the most of being hacked down by the last man when through on goal? Christ Wenger is an absolute cretin. Keep quiet you senile old buzzard!
  12. Absolute fucking warrior. It's like the start of last season all over again. Guus has revitalised another Blues striker, last time Drogba, this time Diego.
  13. FUCKING YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH! Fuck off Wenger, and fuck off Arsenal! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Diego was a big game striker today! Everyone worked their asses off and got a massive three points. Get in!! Buzzing!
  14. Diego is reborn under Hiddink, much like how Didier was during his first spell. Need a second goal to kill this off. Still worried.
  15. Hiddink on Adidas sending @PetrCech's new gloves to Cobham: "We tried to hide them and made them a little bit slippery." #CFC #AFC
  16. Speculation will now switch as to Sampaoli's next job & he is the bookmaker's favourite to take over at Stamford Bridge in summer (Sky) #CFC Sampaoli has been mentioned as a possible candidate to take charge [at Chelsea] for the 2016/17 campaign. (Sky) #CFC
  17. Breaking: Chelsea could meet with Lavezzi’s agent in London on Wednesday. (via @DiMarzio) #CFC #PSG Lavezzi likes the Premier League a lot and the Chelsea option is one he doesn't dislike. (via @DiMarzio) #CFC #PSG
  18. Guus Hiddink calls up Chelsea wonderkid Charly Musonda to train with first-team after starring for Under 21s against QPR. #CFC (Mail) Hiddink, who watched the U21 game from the sidelines with owner Roman Abramovich, wanted to take a look at several young #CFC players (Mail) Now Musonda will be given a taste of 1st team action this week as Hiddink considers whether to include him in #CFC's squad for #AFC. (Mail)
  19. Wouldn't it be great if Pato came and just wasn't a complete fuck up like Falcao etc... I mean it's not going to happen but imagine... Colour me intrigued with this transfer.
  20. A move for Alexandre Pato, who would cost £10m from #Corinthians, has been discussed at length (Guardian) #CFC Although Chelsea may be more comfortable taking the 26-year-old Alexandre Pato, initially on loan. (Guardian) #CFC #Corinthians
  21. Press Association Sport understands the results [for Costa] show no fracture and just bruising. #CFC #AFC (Mail) Costa reported for treatment at Chelsea's Surrey training base on Sunday, despite the squad being given 2 days' off by Hiddink. #CFC (Mail) Chelsea striker Diego Costa could face a spell out with a bruised tibia. #CFC (Mail)
