  1. Past hour
  2. I’m really keen on Mika Godts.. looks a superb talent. I really hope it’s true.
  3. WHU are done, somebody will be grabbing Fernandes and Bowen and getting two very good players
  4. I dont agree with this. We will not get a world class left back lol. if we sell cucul, LH is a great replacement
  5. No thanks to Lewis Hall. Solid PL LB but not top class and a clear downgrade on Cucu. If we sell Cucu then Barco has to be his replacement. He can become that super versatile left sided fullback/midfielder hybrid we need.
  6. Like I said, it’s right to be angry with how things have gone and be hostile towards our owners for getting us into this state. Other Chelsea content creators like Matisse and George Benson have said as much. But Younes takes even positive things and is quick to pour cold water on them. I get it, things are shit currently, but he acts like this club is completely irredeemable. Let’s just see how things play out this summer before being super nagative. I don’t think we have wingbacks of high enough quality either. Reece was of course once one of the best attacking fullback in the world but his body can’t withstand it for long. Cucu is excellent at bombing forward and getting involved in attacks but he is not nearly dangerous enough with final actions to be a wingback for me. Everyone in the media is just kind of assuming automatically that he’s going to play 3 at the back with wingbacks but I’m kind of hoping he doesn’t. I want to see us with proper wingers.
  7. if we get hall, we can sell cucurella, tbh
  8. In Leverkusen he played 3421. In Madrid 433. Wonder what's gonna happen here? Considering quality of our wingers maybe first option not bad.
  9. 🗯💣🔵Simon Phillips has some great transfer news today regarding the summer. 🙌Chelsea is working internally on bringing Lewis Hall back. 👌Chelsea is working intensively on a transfer for Mika Godts from Ajax. ✅️Xabi Alonso wants to keep Cucurella and Enzo Fernandez at Chelsea. ⏳️But Cucu has been desperate to leave since January 2026 Manchester City, Barcelona, and Atlético Madrid are all desperate to sign Cucurella.
  10. That transfer window, apart from João Pedro, showed everything that’s wrong with this board. Gittens, Delap, Garnacho, etc... then the failure to sign a CB, going for LR, it was all wrong. That being said, Xabi Alonso was probably the best appointment we could’ve made at this point. But it will still depend entirely on the transfer market. That’s when we’ll really see whether this board has learned from its mistakes or if it’s just going to keep repeating them. And honestly, I hope the protests continue until there are actual signs of change.
  11. Today
  12. He tried the positive route after the CWC and the club let him and all of us down with shocking signings bar Pedro. He has every reason to be negative about this clownery going on at Chelsea. Appointing Alonso is literally the only positive thing BlueCo have done since signing Pedro which was wrapped in 3/4 shocking signings. Even the signing of Alonso will only be a positive if they back him properly which is yet to be seen.
  13. Theyve been sensible and havent given him a stupidly long contract. Hope they give him what he needs...and dont screw this up! 3rd manager this year.. mad
  14. Seems like a good choice and it's one of the few ex Liverpool players I don't hate. Always had some class about him for me. But I'm afraid that even if he does well like Maresca, he will have enough of the incompetent board and such after a while. But here's to hoping it won't be the case and they learnt their lesson.
  15. 🔵❌️Chelsea have removed three senior figures from their men’s first-team loans department in a move the club describes as “strategic development”. ❌ Ed Brand ( Loan Technical Coach) ❌ Marlon Fahy (Senior Loan Operations & Performance Analyst) ❌ Luis Nedlo ( Loan & Mentor Technical Coach) ✅️🗯The Chelsea new Loan Operation is now run by: 1️⃣ Former goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini (Loan Player Manager) 2️⃣ Josh Marsh (Loans and Pathways Manager) 3️⃣ Ross Turnbull (Goalkeeper Loans).
  16. The problem is that even if Guardiola were at the club, as long as the management doesn’t change and they don’t sign ready-made players, nothing will change
  17. I’ve watched Younes for many years but had to unfollow him because he is so relentlessly negative about everything. It has gotten a bit tiring. All the other big Chelsea YouTubers have been rightly critical of how things have gone but they can at least acknowledge the positive things too. Younes just always projects the worst possible outlook on everything.
  18. Ego having signed for a big club at such an age. Probably still thinks he's a big fish.
  19. 🗯🔵River Plate reached the 2026 Apertura Tournament grand final by defeating Rosario Central in the semifinals on May 16. CFC midfielder Kendry Páez (19) was omitted from the squad for the match, his 2nd consecutive absence after being left out against Gimnasia La Plata. 🫩❌️He really does have an attitude problem and it’s ruining his career!!!
  20. At least they could be people who know nothing and have the sense to stay away from football matters.
  21. This is some Athletic writer's fantasy. I'm fairly sure there will at least be one new GK in the squad
  22. I'm behind him, I want him to go and totally change everything and win things....problem being I am not behind these owners and SD's
  23. Sums up how I feel about this appointment.
  24. I will give it a rest when this clubs starts repaying my faith of 40 years in it and starts producing and not employing fucking halfwits and buying shite footballers. Cheers
  25. He literally is a shadow off himself. He shows neat touches and turns here and there but is no way near a threat to the opposition anymore. It has got to a point now that where we have big games, I see him more as a player to make up the numbers than make an actual difference. Even in games where we were very defensive in past, Hazard would still provide a very genuine threat when he got the ball. Palmer, does not have the physical prowess, pace or dribbling ability to make the same impact. There was a few times yesterday where I noticed even the other players did not pass to him in attacking phases when we had the ball and I wonder if they lost faith themselves, because I know when Hazard was playing, we are always passing the ball to him at every opportunity.
  26. The bet is the best we could have hoped for, but it’s pointless if the club makes the same mistakes in the transfer market. By the end of the summer we’ll already have a better idea of what next season will look like.
