Guest justin_3d
The real question is...What manager is crazy enough to take this cursed job?Any world-class manager needs just 1 look at how we handle a crisis & they'll run a mile..The desperate ones.Honestly there are those managers that want to build a legacy.Chelsea team still is attractive despite how bad they treat a manager.Coaches that want fame and glory a la Mourinho will want to come here.Respectful coaches like Carlo will not come. They saw how they treated Carlo and because of that, will not want to work here. Which rules out my candidate.

Ollie 4,400
Don't give a shit, he'll probably be gone by the time 2014 comes anyway. Whoever is mad enough to take this job, i wish you good luck.

Disgusting..

Ollie 4,400
If i had to say a name, i'd go for Jose. He wasn't manager for long but we won 5 or 6 trophies under him and he has blue blood imo. We woulda gone to the next level if roman hadn't decided to go n sack him.

SinineUltra 1,170
Voted for Villa-Boas as it seems more realistic than Harry Redknapp, would love Harry to have a go .
TomCFC 357
Roman seems to be so unhappy with every single manager we ever have that he may as well give it a go himself.

Blue In Green 86
If Roman really is serious, he should put his ego away, hand The Special One a blank check and tell him to write in however much he wants to get him back at Stamford Bridge. However, I think Roman may want a guy who would be cheaper to fire in 12-24 months if things don't work out, so I would put my money on Villas-Boas. St Abramovich 175
Villas-Boas - My vote, although he might want to take Porto into the Champions League.(If he does come, hope he brings Hulk with him.)Guardiola - More likely than Mourinho if you ask me, although I don't know how good you have to be to get something out of this Barca side.van Basten - A good option, but not my choice.Hiddink - Don't we want a long term manager, Hiddink isn't that much younger than Ferguson and has spoken of retirement.Mourinho - I don't think there is any chance of him leaving Real till he's finished the business unless he's sacked.Rijkard - The man who built the current Barcelona, great option for rebuilding, my second choice.Bielsa - Scolari 2.0Benitez - NO, PLEASE NO!Zola -Assistant Manager, not the main man.Someone else - Ian Holloway, plays good football.(massive stretch)
Luke 60
I voted Villas-Boas as he seems the logical and more likely option.Although I think we would all LOVE to see Jose return and finish the job he started, the same with Guus, he was a breathe of fresh air for the club during his 5 month stay.Redknaap isnt an option in my book. Please please PLEASE dont hire someone like Benitez, or Avram lol.
