The average person in Britain is stupid. That's why the Sun is the biggest selling newspaper and is written for the reading ability of a 10 yr old...

Is not just Britain but America as well.

I think the bigger countries are coming with crummy stuff that is made for an 8 year old.

The trash we got here with Daily News, Daily post and such. Utter crap!!!

And it sells cause it's cheap and the average person cannot comprehend a well written article from the NY time, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, etc etc.

Well that went out of topic. lol.

But i am just trying to say is to take it easy with the rumors. Is best not to get your hopes up till it's official! ;)

This.

It's why Page3 is so popular. Because people are so fascinated by a pair of tits, they'll start believing everything that paper tells them

I just went to page 3 in this thread looking for tits before I realized about which page you were talking about

Zola would be a brilliant PR move. Gotta wonder though if he'll accept going from a PL manager to a simple assistant coach.

Chelsea assistant manager is a step up from West ham manager, and it’s not like Zola is in high demand. Even the mid-table clubs in the league wouldn’t appoint him, and for good reason.

Raymond Verheijen just tweeted "Interesting developments at Chelsea FC. To be continued"

He tweeted yesterday: 'Interesting developments at Chelsea. To be continued.' This morning while commenting on a course he has been instructing here in Australia he commented: 'This course also made me realize again that I have really missed working full-time with a team on a daily basis in the last two years.'

This is ridiculous!

While Roman sits on his arse on a yacht somewhere in the sun! Chelsea has no manager, and any decent possible transfers are slipping through our hands to our rivals!

First Henderson and Jones, next it could be Lukaku and Neymar. Time for Roman to actually try and get this whole ordeal to get over with or we won't be able to compete for the title. which he would want, and it would be the exact same story next season!

Firstly, roman personally doesn't go to clubs to make transfers.

Secondly, there is something called as a communication network

Thirdly, I don't care if we missed out on overpriced average English players.

Fourthly, the transfer window will open in 22 days.

Fifthly, stop panicking. It's summer and everyone is holidaying

I am sure if Roman wanted this whole ordeal over and done with, it would be. The sooner someone is announced as manager, the sooner a shortlist can be written up and actually be tried to be completed! And with the rumours of the likes like Anelka, Drogba, Malouda, Zhirkov and Bosingwa on their way out, i can only see another example of last season, where we won't get enough players to replace them and supposedly use the youth, but then moan when they aren't 'world-class' straight away!

I am only hoping we can sign Hiddink by the end of the week, and if not - then we are all in the unknown for the future of Chelsea football club.

To ask someone you suspect that Guus Hiddink will be the new coach?whistling.gif

Seeing as he is the only person everyone seems to adore and accept as the manager, as was as hinting he actually would want the job - you could basically see the connection ;)

I have great confidence in Guus Hiddink. Who else if not he will lift the team up after the low season. Do not say miracles, but I expect big things with him at the helm.
