Charles N'Zogbia joins Villa

i`d rather us pass on him and go for a player with a more roll up the sleeves and get stuck in attitude when we are up against it,rather than one with a fragile mental state who shrinks and fades away as soon as the shit hits the fan.

I get what you're saying about wanting a mentally tough player for the tough times. That said, fighting for your PL lives like Wigan did for weeks has to give a player some experience dealing with adversity and challenges. It may not be CL stress but I'm sure it was no picnic for Wigan players the last month of the season. I'd personally be happy to have N'Zogbia but Roman didn't ask me.

And i think Charles would count as a Homegrown player!

Who needs English when this rules makes foreign players Homegrown! :)

N Zogbia?

this just shows how desperate you guys are for a new signing.

N'Zogbia is a great winger.

There's another ex-Wigan player people had the same reaction to when he was getting sold. Antonio Valencia sound familiar?

Mind if I use that as my status?

I don't mind.

N'Zogbia is not good enough for Chelsea, just look at the clubs that are being linked with him that should tell you enough.

thank god Kalou is not playing for Wigan because you guys would go over the moon for him.

Severely discrediting N'Zogbia here.. But seems you've made up your mind quickly. I'll just quote what Sir Bobby said about him once,

N'Zogbia could go to the very top with the right coaching and motivation, and I hope it is with Newcastle. I signed him as a teenager and he was one of the most naturally gifted players of that age I'd ever seen.
