Don’t you find City a bit boring now? First couple of seasons under Pep they were a dynamo and they really were a joy to watch. But I guess it is not ‘cool’ anymore?

I find them incredibly boring to watch without De Bruyne in their side. They play slow, walking pace football with a thousand short passes. It’s an incredibly skilled and effective machine but they aren’t really that exciting without KdB pulling the strings.

Feel sorry for Arteta.. Based on Arsenal brand name, everybody expect to be top6 team, but he is forced to start with Kolasinac-Holding-Chambers back three.. Burnley level names..

They have some proven and promising attackers, but defense department is awful.

When Arse are actually able to retain the ball in attacking areas they aren’t woeful. They’ve got some pretty nice attacking talent. They started decently against us and here against City for a few minutes. But their midfield and entire defense is shambolic.

If they sack Arteta and give a proper manager a couple of windows to rebuild the defense they could be pushing in the 4th-5th range. But they’d still be years away from challenging the big 4.

Problem is, they just spunked 130m on extremely average players who a new manager may not fancy. Now they’d have to start another rebuild.

He was not forced. He decided to loan out a £27m signing in Saliba and not trust him. Not buying that.

Nah. Even under Wenger in the later years it wasn't as bad as this.

EDIT: 5-0.

Not saying its as bad as this, commentators were waxing lyrical somewhat about Wenger at the time, I should have been clearer. That said, it was bad 😂

They happily take the latter Wenger years way above this madness.....they still had good players and some form of gameplan.
