Don't buy that, the likes of Sarri (Empoli) and Howe managed to get average teams playing excellent front foot football, infact Ian bloody Holloway nearly kept an abysmal Blackpool side in the league having turned into an attack based manager almost overnight on the recommendation of a friend.

That blackpool side was fun to watch, but clear losers, and bit more boring pragmatism might have given them a better chance to stay up that season. In fact they won like 1 match after the festive period if I remember correctly. You dont stay up not even trying to play defence on a suicide run.

In no shape or form did arsenal deserve 3pts here....and that was a def pen there imo. EPL is a shit show, no one takes responsibility, 1 ref decides its a pen, 10min later another one says no, no true guidlines no standards to uphold and of course no action taken when they do badly these refs which is essentially every game.
