That may be true but I'd argue that with a very congested season coming up, the risk of injuries is high. Having 5 subs will give clubs some "leeway" in their substitutions. No manager would want to use the 3 subs because of injuries.

Risk of injuries are always there regardless but I see your point. Still not fond of it though.

Arsenal should be 2-0 up at least.
 

Liverpool playing virtually every one of their starting players bar the RB and maybe Milner and they look beyond average. Thats with an extra week of training and more pre-season games also.

Think Arsenal look really solid in defence which is a concern because thats been their problem for ages.
