Last time we had a player who scored more than 20 league goals was 13 seasons ago! And he reached that number in 15 rounds!

Golden Boot winner usually ends on 20 odd recently....guess not this time unless something drastic happens.

My Haaland prediction proving spot on so far.

He'll score goals, lots of them, but he won't suddenly make City an even further level up.

If there's one positive about what Arsenal are doing is that it shows it is possible to compete with them regardless of how many records Haaland breaks.

I think people are being unrealistic if they actually believe that City were capable of going another level.  The gap between City/Liverpool and the rest of the league has been laughable for the past few seasons.

As for Arsenal, it remains to be seen whether they are actually showing their quality or whether they are just profiting from City/Liverpool having a mixed start to the season.  It is sort of a shame that Arsenal's had all the luck with injuries this season as I don't recall any of their key players missing 3+ games...maybe Boehly needs to take a look at their medical department.

I mean considering they have 40 of possible 45 points this is pretty clear.

I dont understand the doubt regarding Arsenal.

They are on the run, and their play is great.

We must unfortunatelly acknowledge that they could lift the title.

City havent played us, spuds or Arsenal yet..

I'd say showing their quality now. So far they've dropped 4 points. One loss and a draw. Doesn't matter what teams around them are doing they're winning games and scored 36 goals along the way so far. Helps having players who can score! Seeing as that's near enough double of what we've managed so far.

Theyve lost Jesus so far but as shown in the other game they have other players who can score. Their play is pretty decent as well...
