probably Villa's strongest possible line-up from their entire roster. they have zero injures (which is just crazy)

Spuds have only

Japhet Tanganga
Oliver Skipp

injured

some strange line-up choices for them

Thankfully Spuds still have the derby coming up where they’ll likely go all Spursy and lose and they have to go to Anfield I believe. So whilst they are creeping up on us a bit I think we’re very safe.

fuck nil 4

Son with a hattie

Kulusevski is a beast in the EPL

what the fuck is it with all our big rivals striking gold with wingers???

It really is fucking stupid how everyone else in the league manages to sign these brilliant goal scoring wide players but every one we sign flops or fails to live up to their potential.

It’s a position we desperately need to address this summer. The wide forward position has become more dangerous than the striker position.

Imagine how sick our attack would be with just one ruthless killer up there with Kai and Mase. If we had a Mané/Salah/Son/Sterling up there putting constant pressure on defenses and scoring about 15 PL goals per season.

Those attacking relationships at Liverpool, City, Spuds etc have been built up for like 5 years. We need a young, hungry wide forward to pair with Kai and Mason who can grow and build for the next few years playing match after match together.

Who’s out there that fits the profile?

The main 16 (15 if you remove Raphinha) winger options (Chiesa is off the list due to his bad knee injury, he wont be ready to even try to buy until summer 2023, same for Florian Wirtz)

some are AMF/Winger or CF/SS/Winger hybrid types

Raphinha
Christopher Nkunku  (Insane production at AMF/winger, over 40 goals produced already)
Serge Gnabry (if he doesn't renew with Bayern)
Ousmane Dembélé
Jarrod Bowen
Mikel Oyarzabal
Moussa Diaby
Carlos Soler  (AMF/CMF/Winger combo)
Karim Adeyemi (more of a CF/SS, but can play winger, he is very young, just tuned 20)
Arnaut Danjuma
Cody Gakpo
Allan Saint-Maximin
Pedro Neto
Ismaïla Sarr
Charles De Ketelaere (AMF/SS/winger type, similar to Havertz, 21yo, 1.92m)
Kamaldeen Sulemana (potentially a Mane type, just turned 20)

I left Dybala off, as he only wants Atletico Madrid (on a free)

Dembele or Raphinha would be the most ideal, but both will likely be playing together at Barca next season.

Gnabry would be very interesting but from what I’ve seen on Twitter over the last few days he’s apparently asking for stratospheric wages. But he’d be amazing with the German connection here.

I'm actually growing on Danjuma and could him being a wide option that will deliver goals on a regular basis. He'd probably be much cheaper than most of them too.

However, Dembele is the best deal out of the lot for a number of reasons. It feels like that boat might have sailed, though.
