If you look at Spain, Italy and Brazil, we dont have half of what you have (specially Brazil) but we have the talent. England`s new facility is just amazing, however, it is the players that make a good team. FA cuts the freedom of their youngsters too quickly, they lose creativity and improvisation, they get too focused on the tactical part of the game. You should restructure the academy philosophy in order to improve, all other ends of the learning process you have!
