Tortilla9 390
Sometimes I think of the tequila commercial when I see Robbie. Calm, cool, collected.

Superblue 6,372
This is a Chelsea man who has finally delivered us the holy grail of trophies. His passion and drive has rubbed off on the players. When decisions have been needed to be made he's made them - Ramires out wide, Mata in the middle, reshuffling the defence against Barca and Bertrand tonight. For all we know, RDM is our version of Guardiola at Barca. Give him a chance, i'm a believer in him!
Ortiv 42
Give the man the job, let him rebuild the squad. What's a year or two without a trophy after a night like thisRight now you could even excuse RDM if he relegated chelsea to natiionwide
Kostas 1,468
There's just no way now that letting him go won't be the most heartless thing in football. I'm still not sure about whether he will or should stay but I can say with certainty now that he deserves to.

Leif 6,006
We have to remember guys - What RDM has done for us as a player and as a legend has been brilliant. I don't want us to ruin that.Look at Dalglish at Liverpool. A total legend, but now much less of a legend after damaging Liverpool. We have no idea how RDM would deal with transfers and new egos at the club who have no idea of our history and that RDM is a legend. He already doesn't seem like a great motivator to Lampard and Drogba etc, as he's their FRIEND first and foremost before being their boss.He seems like a great, determined, passionate tactician - but not a manager yet... just like AVB. He DESERVES to manage us, but I think it would be the wrong move long-term.He's also a fan of defensive football, which Roman no longer wants. It would be extremely hard parting with RDM, especially after what he's just helped us achieve. Love the guy.

5354 204
No doubts RDM is a legend.I love him for rescuing our season by winning the FA Cup and CL.I think this is the point where I think the club should part with him and leave a pleasant ending in making the history of this club.RDM no doubt should be hail as the guy to leading us to our trophies, but I personally don't think he is the man who can provide good football for the club. I dont want to see the club playing such football all the times aganist better oppositions like Barcelona/Madrid/Manchester United/Arsenal or even worst still Spurs. I had enough of nail biting moments after last night... god damn. lol

Kez 2,727
If this is all it was meant to be then we couldn't of asked for anymore. RDM has finally brought back the trophy everyone craved. If he leaves now then we will always have this success under him...look at the passion on his face when he was giving his extra time team talk...He'll be a very wanted man if we don't give him the job. I'm still not sure about whether he will or should stay but I can say with certainty now that he deserves to.Gullit's comments are running through my mind with this situation. He suggested Roman would be at a catch22 in regards to having to give Robbie the job, whereas if we lost it'd have been easier for him to sack him.
