coolhead23 1,147 Posted May 17, 2012 Share Posted May 17, 2012 Please don't tell me your opinion is based on Capello's last job.Being coach of England's national team is graveyard for every manager ..It is based on his last few jobs.Being the coach of any top side specially on international level is nothing more than a graveyard however how you perform with what you have on hand determines how good or bad your. I will never forget these past few months they have been some of the most emotional & memorable in recent years at Chelsea. It's been a fairy tale story. Though, he shouldn't be our coach going forward. Live in the legend that you've created. He's going to get coaching offers coming through the door, window and roof. You don't need to be a tactical genius, Sir Alex Ferguson certainly isn't.He's already a master motivator. Bringing the best out of a lot of our players who didn't give a fuck not that long ago.He has the sense to not play Sturridge as a winger.And his transfer record is immaterial since we have the excellent Emenalo (not joking) responsible for signings.Finally he genuinely loves the club in a way none of our managers, not even Jose, did since Roman's takeover.
