To be fair the group that played vs Everton were dreadful too.

Players look like they've had way too many pies and way too many pints of beer over the festive season to me tbh. Every one of them. Yes Maresca has made mistakes but the players have delivered at a terribly low quality and made huge, silly individual errors.

Agreed. Not sure if this was a reaction to the last game, but not switching out Nkunku and Disasi after the break, after that lousy first half, was bad.

Too soon to say if team harmony was affected after rumblings from Madueke and co, even with back to back defeats, but the last 2 matches have been poor.

Yep.

He deserves a lot of credit this season but the last 2 or 3 games he has made some questionable decisions. Suppose he is still a relatively inexperienced manager. 

Disasi at RB & Felix at LW today. I think his reluctance to play Nkunku more often in the league has also been a reoccurring theme this season that is disappointing.

Players have been pretty poor tonight though, even the guys going down feigning injuries etc, we are 2-0 down fucking get up and get on with it.

While Delap put in the performance of his life, I so hope we don’t buy him. He seems to be the typical super limited run of the mill English battering ram type of striker. Annoying for cbs but absolutely useless vs low blocks bc of his average technique
