We Hate Scouse 10,330
Forlan scores the goals, Aguero gets the headlines. And you wonder why you get so much negative rep?? Your a complete bellend.Aguero last season scored 17 goals in 34 games in the Spanish Premera Divsion and scored 3 goals in 6 games in the Champions League.Last season he played a total of 51 games and scored 25Forlan scored 34 in 41.Aguero also scores goals to say he doesn't which you are clearly implying is stupid. Joe Cool 388
Forlan scores the goals, Aguero gets the headlines. You twat, first you come in here to obsess about Benzema when there is clearly another thread for that and now you come up with shite like this.Like the lad above said, Aguero scored in nearly half his matches, so even if Forlan scores more, it is completely irrelevant to whether who makes the headlines

ZanSnake 1,211
Manchester United and Chelsea on Sergio Aguero alert as Atletico Madrid's £275m debt mountain is revealedSergio Aguero and Diego Forlan's future at Atletico Madrid has beenplaced in doubt after claims that the club have debts totalling£275million - nearly double previous estimates.Atleti resisted approaches for Argentina star Aguero from Chelsea and Manchester United in the summer, but could face problems holding on to their prize assets in future.FernandoGarcia Abasolo, the club's third biggest shareholder, has resigned astheir financial vice-president with a warning they could go bankruptwithin two years without drastic action.Atleti's board havepreviously said debts were around £155m, but Abasolo insists thatfigures audited at the end of June show the true net figure to be about£275m.'This is a worrying number and each year is increased byforty or fifty million euros (£36m-£46m), which is even more worrying,'he said. Hot shot: Diego Forlan has become a master of finding the net in MadridShow me the money: Atletico's bid for Emmanuel Eboue could be scuppered by a lack of cash'Atleticohave only two roads. First, (managing director) Michael Angel, who isan excellent person but very bad manager, should be self-critical andradically change in the way he runs the club. The second way is tosell.'He also warned that the £6.2m earned from the sale ofJohnny Heitinga to Everton was more likely to be used for servicingdebts than funding a January move for Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue.Aguero, who also interests Barcelona and Real Madrid, was told in the summerthat he could not leave for less than his buy-out clause, set at about£55m.Former Manchester United striker Forlan recently signed anew contract setting his recision clause at almost £33million followinginterest from Liverpool and Manchester City, as well as Spain's big two, before the start of the season. But with the club's financial situation in such peril, they may have to consider more realistic offers in January.Source: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-1220885/Manchester-United-Chelsea-Sergio-Aguero-alert-Atletico-Madrids-275m-debt-mountain-revealed.html#ixzz0UBwdjUPxLooks like we have a chance if we can get the ban overturned

Milan 17,963
Aguero speculation continuesskysports.comSergio Aguero's agent has refused to rule out a move for his client in January.Aguero has long pledged his loyalty to Atletico Madrid, who bought him from Independiente in 2006.The 21-year-old Argentina international was strongly linked with a move to England in the summer. Now rumours of renewed interest from Chelsea, with a view to a January switch, are again emerging.Chelseahave their transfer ban hanging over them, but they remain confidentthat at the very least that will be suspended in time for them to makesome moves in the January window.Atletico confirmed they rejected big offers for Aguero in the summer, and the player himself was more than happy to remain. But Atletico's poor start to the season could now see a re-think at the Vicente Calderon."Sergio to Chelsea in January? I don't know, it's a difficult question," Aguero's agent Jose Sequi told Calciomercato."The only thing I can say is that I actually don't know anything."I don't expect any meeting with Atletico Madrid." Term-X 7,891
as much as i'd love him here, we don't need him.and it will only cause disruption between sturridge who is already in a mood anyway and of course anelka who has been a revalation this season. Luke 60
We dont really need a striker right now, we already have DD, Nico, Kalou, Sturridge... as well as Di Santo and Sinclair out on loan. Then there is Malouda and J Cole if we go one up top with two supporting midfielders. If we were to lose Anelka or Kalou, then yeah, this guy would be up there at the top of the list of potential replacements. Steve 10,227
Aguero - Blues interest niceAtletico Madrid star Sergio Aguero has admitted he is flattered to be linked with a move to Chelsea. The Blues are understood to be long-term admirers of the 21-year-old and Aguero could have only enhanced his appeal with two stunning goals in their midweek UEFA Champions League clash.Aguerois one of the most sought-after players in Europe following hisgoalscoring exploits at Atletico over the last few seasons.Atleticoare thought to have rejected an offer from Chelsea for Aguero in thesummer, with the Spanish side keen to keep hold of their prize asset.Agueroadmits he is happy to be attracting interest from the likes of Chelsea, but insists that he is happy to stay at the Vicente Calderon.Pleasure and pain"Iknow that people were saying they (Chelsea) wanted me during the summerand that there were several teams tracking me but nothing ever came tome and I am happy at Atletico," Aguero told AS."It's nice that people say I could play in a team like Chelsea, one of the best in the world."I like it (Chelsea's interest) and it makes me happy but I am the same person as ever and I think the same as before."I don't really want to think about any other team. I want to fight with Atletico to the death. "Ialmost feel like I was born here. It's a club that has given me a lot, pleasure as well as pain, but it's a place I feel very happy."http://www.skysports.com/ Edited November 5, 2009 by STEV3O
